Hola feliz tarde, estuve un poco ausente de muchos lugares, pero sobre todo del gym.

Estuve un poco mal de salud con la tensión baja y tambien débil lo que me llevo a retirarme del gym, me agitaba mucho, me daba asma y hasta me mareaba, en 2 ocasiones me hidrataron, porque no comía nada.

Gracias a Dios me ido recuperando, aún debo hacerme algunos estudios, pero sobre todo no dejar mis tratamientos de tiroides que es para toda la vida, entonces decidí retomar mi rutina en el gym que es lo que me da energía y me mantiene activa.

Sin embargo no es un secreto para nadie que para ver resultados en el gym es un trabajo fuerte y de varios meses, ha pero dejas de ir un mes y pierdes todo lo que habías hecho, yo bajé de peso.

Así que aquí vamos una vez más, no importa cuántas veces debemos comenzar de cero, si lo hacemos con entusiasmo y le ponemos el corazón.
