S E L F - P O R T R A I T / / A U T O R E T R A T O (ENG-SPA)
Hello friends of Black and White, today I am daring to share with you some shy self-portraits that I took of myself, I can count them on the fingers of one hand and I generally don't usually take photos of myself. Despite having studied film and having worked with the camera for many years, it is very difficult for me to be in front of one, however on these occasions I felt like it and at the same time I felt that they were interesting as a self-portrait. I hope you like it!
Hola amigos de Black and White, hoy me tomo el atrevimiento de compartirles unos timidos autorretratos que me tome, puedo contarlos con los dedos de una mano y es que generalmente no suelo tomarme fotos. A pesar de haber estudiado cine y de haber trabajado con la camara muchos años, me cuesta mucho estar delante de una, sin embargo en estas ocaciones me senti como y al mismo tiempo senti que eran interesantes como auto-retrato. Espero que les gusten!
This self-portrait is old, at that time I lived in a boarding house in the City of La Plata, I was just entering the University and had access to a terrace, one afternoon in search of a good photo I came across this building that is on the street 7 between 54 and 55, after a couple of shots I realized that I could see myself in the reflection. I decided to sit down and find the composition.
Este autorretrato tiene sus años, en ese momento vivía en una pensión en la Ciudad de La Plata, recién estaba ingresando a la Universidad y tenia acceso a una terraza, una tarde en búsqueda de una buena foto me encontré con este edificio que esta sobre calle 7 entre 54 y 55, después de un par de disparos me di cuenta que yo me podía ver en el reflejo. Decidí sentarme y encontrar la composición.
In this other one he is on his way to look for that "golden hour" in which the sun is between afternoon and night. The light from the buildings cut a shadow in this reflection in front of me, leaving the walls still illuminated by the sun behind me. That tree, bare from autumn, added to the curvature of the windows, gave a surreal air to the scene, so I decided to enter it.
En esta otra esta de camino a buscar esa "hora dorada" en la que el sol esta entre la tarde y la noche. La luz de los edificios recortaba una sombra en este reflejo frente a mi dejando a mis espalda las paredes aun iluminadas por el sol. Ese árbol denudo por el otoño sumado a la curvatura de los cristales le daba un aire surreal a la escena, así que decidí entrar en ella.
