🌿 Taking Photos of Things I See and Like / Tomando fotos a cosas que veo y me gustan

One thing I’ve learned in my career is to pay attention to the small details. This time, the protagonist was a beautiful plant — a tree right at the entrance of the building where I study. It’s a lovely tree, with tiny and interesting flowers. One morning, while waiting for class to begin, I stopped for a moment and took a closer look at its leaves. I decided to photograph them, and I was amazed by the details I discovered. It felt like a small but meaningful discovery.

I really liked how the photos turned out, because sometimes it’s these little details that make moments feel different, even special.

Maybe it’s not the best photo technically, but for me it represents a very specific moment in my everyday life as a student. In the next picture, for example, you can see my classmates happily debating, probably about some topic we had just discussed. It was around 10 a.m., and the sun was in such a position that it created an interesting play of shadows with their silhouettes.

I enjoy capturing the everyday routine, because I feel that’s where many of life’s beautiful moments hide.

Algo que he aprendido en mi carrera es a prestarle atención a los pequeños detalles. En esta ocasión, la protagonista fue una hermosa planta — un árbol que está justo en la entrada del edificio donde estudio. Es un árbol muy bonito, con flores pequeñas y muy interesantes. Una mañana, mientras esperaba que iniciara la clase, me detuve un momento y observé sus hojas. Decidí fotografiarlas, y me sorprendió la cantidad de detalles que descubrí en ellas. Fue como un pequeño descubrimiento.

Me encantó el resultado de las fotos, porque a veces son esos detalles los que hacen que los momentos se sientan distintos, incluso especiales.

Quizás no sea la mejor foto desde lo técnico, pero para mí representa un momento muy específico de mi vida como estudiante. En la siguiente foto, por ejemplo, se puede ver a mis compañeros muy felices, debatiendo sobre algún tema. Eran aproximadamente las 10 de la mañana, y el sol estaba en una posición que generaba un juego de sombras muy interesante con sus siluetas.

Me gusta retratar la cotidianidad, porque siento que en ella se esconden muchos momentos lindos de la vida.
