A Small Reminder of Change /Un pequeño recordatorio del cambio

Today I’m sharing a simple photo — a butterfly I came across by chance. It wasn’t planned or expected, it just appeared in front of me and reminded me why I love taking the time to observe the world around me.

Butterflies have always seemed like a beautiful symbol of transformation. They go through so many quiet, hidden stages before they finally fly — and when they do, they do it with such lightness that it feels unreal. It made me think about how we, too, go through slow and sometimes difficult changes, but each transformation carries its own purpose.

That photo became a gentle reminder that beauty lies in movement, in change, in letting life transform us. Sometimes all it takes is a brief pause to notice that everything around us has something to teach.

Maybe it was the color, the light, or pure coincidence — but that butterfly made the day feel a little calmer. And sometimes, that’s more than enough.

Un pequeño recordatorio del cambio

Hoy quiero compartir una foto sencilla, pero que para mí tiene algo especial: una mariposa. No fue una toma planeada ni buscada, simplemente apareció frente a mí y me recordó por qué amo tanto observar el mundo con calma.

Las mariposas siempre me han parecido un símbolo bonito de lo que significa transformarse. Pasan por tantas etapas antes de llegar a volar, y aun así, lo hacen con una ligereza que parece casi irreal. Me hizo pensar en cómo muchas veces nosotros también atravesamos procesos lentos, silenciosos y hasta difíciles, pero al final, cada cambio tiene su propio propósito.

Esa foto fue un pequeño recordatorio de que la belleza está en el movimiento, en el cambio, en dejar que la vida nos transforme sin miedo. A veces, basta con detenerse un segundo para ver que todo lo que nos rodea tiene algo que enseñarnos.

No sé si fue el color, la luz del momento o simplemente el azar, pero esa mariposa logró que el día se sintiera un poco más tranquilo. Y eso, a veces, es suficiente.
