The doctor's house (architect V. Gorodetskyi) [En-Ukr]

Hi friends! I traveled a little over the weekend. Today I will talk about a wooden building of the 19th century that has survived to this day in one of the cities of Ukraine.

Привіт друзі! На вихідних я трохи подорожувала. Сьогодні розповім про єдину дерев'яну споруду XIX століття, що збереглася до наших днів в одному з міст України.

Це будинок лікаря, проект виконаний архітектором В. Городецьким. 

Previously, a hospital, an operating room, a doctor's office, wards, a kitchen, etc. were also located nearby.

Раніше поруч також розташовувалася лікарня, операційна, кабінет лікаря, палати, кухня та ін. 

Just look at the beautiful woodcarving from all sides of the house! A special porch on one and the other side of the building.
To me, this house somehow reminds me of the house from the movie "All women are witches" (in Ukrainian translation) "Charmed" in English.

Тільки подивіться, яке гарне різблення з усіх сторін будинку! Особливо ганок з однієї та іншої сторони будівлі. 
Мені цей будинок чимось нагадує будинок з фільму "Всі жінки відьми" (в українському перекладі), "Зачаровані" на англійській. 

Now the house is empty, although people lived there until recently. The local authorities had a plan to open a museum here, but this was prevented by the full-scale war in Ukraine. 😭 So you can see the house only from the outside.

Зараз будинок пустує, хоча ще донедавна там жили люди. У місцевої влади був задум відкрити тут музей, але цьому завадила повномасштабна війна в Україні.😭 Тож оглядати будинок можна тільки ззовні.
