Your Majesty

No big words tonight.
Just crows.
They can speak for themselves if they need to.

Today early in the morning, I went to the store and bought a lot of different seeds and tallow balls. Because last night we had minus 10 degrees (celsius)
To all my birds that live right here! So now they will get to celebrate the winter that I will watch over, so it doesn't end!
Your photos are so full of fate...

That's so cold!!!!! We seldom get minus anything but only just cold enough for ice storms and treachery. Those birds are lucky to have you as a friend.

It's even colder here but my back feels better than it did. Try rubbing hot coffee on it!

😊

It's on one side only, right above the hip... It radiates down the leg. I'll have to see a doctor about that.

Radiating down the leg typically means sciatic nerve, but if it's outside edge it could be pain in gluteus maximus and/or tensor fascia latae going into the iliotibial band. Next time you go cycling, notice if you push with one leg more than the other. It could be that the hurting side is working too hard, or could be that you use the other side too much and overdevelopment of the muscles on one side is creating imbalance in the pelvic girdle and pain on the opposite side.

I do this kind of thing for a living. Not the hurting part, but the treating part. I do plenty of my own hurting, though, too. Keeps me learning.

Thanks Doc. 😄 This may be the problem. Sometimes it hurts more and sometimes less.
I'll keep an eye on it and I also started doing some stretching exercises before biking.

Oooooo yes! I love warm ups, and stretches after the big exercise to open things back up.
