tailgate party on another planet

Every time I go out to the Oregon desert I feel like I'm visiting another planet.

I tried to get some shots of the eclipse but the light was too bright and I was too tired from driving all night.

I watched what I couldn't see from the back of my car. Fell asleep with the tailgate open and snored in front of a bunch of tourists with a little dog in my arms.

I woke up with sunburned lips.

Don't have any other words to offer because I spent them all yesterday.
