Hola a todos, como bien lo saben todos aquellos que me siguen, referente a mis nietas, la que siempre es la mas mimada se llama EMILY, seria la que mas comparte con su abuelo, por ende tengo que llevarla a los juegos de la plaza, esta ves lo hice junto a su amiguito, mientras mi esposa y yo los mirabamos disfrutamos degustando unos sabrosos mates.

EMILY, siempre muy agil y elastica, en los malabares que efectua, como lue pueden ver y tambien su amigo, bueno lo que pasa que desde muy pequeños concurrian a patin los dos.

Bueno aparte de todo eso EMILY, tiene los genes de su abuelo COMANDOYEYA o sea yo, que tambien desde muy pequeño me agradaba todo esto, hasta que ingresa a la INFANTERIA DE MARINA, BOINA VERDE.

La verdad amigos es muy buen, tener una conducta en la parte fisica y todo eso que lo aprendemos y ejecutamos desde pequeños, el cuerpo no lo olvida, por eso ahora a mis 65 años, sigo efectuando mi gimnasia diaria, de km. caminando luego la parte fisica.

Por suerte nos toco un bello dia, como lo pueden notar los juegos de la plaza estaban colmados de niños, con sus padres y en mi caso mi nieta con los abuelos jajaja, siempre atento.

La verdad ver jugar muy felices a los niños en lo personal concidero una gran virtud amigos, porque ver la sonrisa de un niño, para mi es una caricia al alma y ademas es sinonimo de vida.

Hello everyone, as those of you who follow me know, when it comes to my granddaughters, the one who’s always the most spoiled is named Emily; she’s the one who spends the most time with her grandfather, so I have to take her to the park’s playground. This time I did it with her little friend, while my wife and I watched them and enjoyed some delicious mates.

EMILY, always very agile and flexible, in the juggling she performs, as you can see, and also her friend—well, the thing is, they’ve both been skating since they were very little.

Well, aside from all that, Emily has her grandfather COMANDOYEYA’s genes—that’s me—and I’ve liked all this since I was very young, until I joined the Marine Corps as a Green Beret.

The truth, friends, is that it’s really good to have a physical routine and everything else we learn and carry out from a young age; the body doesn’t forget it. That’s why, now at 65, I still do my daily workout: a kilometer of walking followed by the physical exercises.

Luckily, we had a beautiful day, as you can see the playground was packed with kids and their parents, and in my case my granddaughter with her grandparents, haha—always on the lookout.

Honestly, seeing children play so happily is, in my personal opinion, a great virtue, friends, because seeing a child’s smile is like a caress to the soul and, moreover, it’s synonymous with life.
