Hola a todos, la verdad luego de haber pasado un fin de semana, disfrutando de un excelente y exquisito asado, junto a seres queridos, hoy siendo otro dia, comienzo de semana, entonces por ser lunes el primer dia de semana, para el almuerzo lo mejor es degustar escalopines o marinera de carne de res, el cual se prepara de la siguiente manera, teniendo la carne, condimentada para milanesa, agregamos en un volts, harina, huevo, leche, sal a gusto. un poco de ajo, perejil y luego batimos bien como para panqueque, luego vamos agregando en dicho volts, la carne antes mencionada, para luego de ahi pasarla a la sarten, para freirla, quedando como vemos en la fotografia.
Para preparar el arroz, agregamos una olla en la hornalla de la cocina, le agregamos agua y cuando la misma comienza su hervor, agregamos el arroz, revolvemos y dejamos que se termine de cocinar, cuando se cocino, lo colamos, le agregamos queso, lo revolvemos bien y listo para acompañar la milanesa marinera o escalopin.
Para cocinar el zapallo, mismo proseso que para cocinar el arroz, con a diferencia que l mismo se cocina mas rapido, luego lo quitamos del agua y listo.
