Hola a todos, siguiendo con los que haceres de la vida, para el dia de hoy, no estoy con el arte culinario, sigo con la soldadura, en este caso para instalar una cerradura al porton de ingreso en la casa de @jhelbich, bueno la fotografia que se observa es cuando ya termine de sldar todo, como saben en mis post, la primera fotografia es del trabajo que realizo, pero a esta cerradura le falta todavia pasarle la lija, agregarle masilla de auto, luego lijar y despues pintar todo, pero lo importante ya esta y por suerte cierra muy bien todo jajaja.

Como siempre amigos busco la comodidad para realizar mis trabajo, asi que al estar sentado, preparo bien las maquinas a utilizar, la cual seria la amoladora, la maquina soldadora y otras herramientas para dicho trabajo.

Asi que manos a la obra amigos, ultimando los detalles de las chapas que utilizaria para cerrar bien la cerradura, la cual es solamente con llave, es sin picaporte.

Como podemos ver en donde se encuentra dicha cerradura, la cual esta con las llaves colocada, es para comprovar de que se sierre y habra bien todo, para luego comenzar a soldar todo.

Una ves que se coordina bien todo o sea se cierra bien los pistillos de la puerta, tanto con el pistillo de picaporta y tambien con el pistillo de la cerradura, entonces se suelda bien todo y luego le agrego la chapa para cerrar bien dicha cerradura.

Como les comente amigos, se ve horrenda dicha cerradura, pero como les comente, falta el detalle de la masilla para auto, terminar de lijar bien todo para despues pintar todo.

Lo bueno de todo esto es que de esta manera @jhelbich y el resto de la familia, no utilicen el porton del garage para ingresar o salir de dicha vivienda o sea se puede hacer por este porton donde intale dicha cerradura y la verdad que muy bien.

So let's get to work friends, finalizing the details of the plates that I would use to close the lock, which is only with key, it is without latch.

As we can see where the lock is located, which is with the keys in place, is to check that the lock is secure and that everything is tight, and then begin to weld everything.

Once everything is well coordinated, that is, the door latches are well closed, both with the door latch and also with the lock latch, then everything is well welded and then I add the plate to close well the lock.

As I said friends, the lock looks horrendous, but as I said, the detail of the car putty is missing, finish sanding everything well and then paint everything.

The good thing about all this is that in this way @jhelbich and the rest of the family, do not use the garage door to enter or leave the house, so it can be done by this door where I installed the lock and the truth is that very well.
