Fabricando un marco para una puerta de interior|||||Fabricating a frame for an interior door

Hola a todos, debido a una remodelacion en el interior de la casa, hace falta la colocacion de una puerta de interior, con la diferencia de que dicha puerta, en la medida que se pueda debia ser reforzada, asi que consegui laq misma y la verdad muy reforzada, lo digo por el hecho de que la misma tiene un peso de unos 60 kilos, contento por haber hallado la puerta indicada, el problema es que la misma no tiene el marco, entonces puse manos a la obra, primero, consiguiendo el angulo ideal para dicho marco, el cual tiene que ser muy bueno, por el peso de dicha puerta, la foto que vemos es la puerta propiamente dicha, con el marco presentado, ya soldado.

Aca podemos ver en la foto la medida del angulo, doblado a la medida de la puerta y reforzado con soldadura en las esquinas, para que quede mas segura y resistente, como dije el peso de la puerta es demasiado, pero efectuando bien la soldadura y efectuando bien el corte o sea adecuadamente, para que de esa manera coincida bien todo.

Por supuesto que antes de soldar dicho marco o sea de cortar a la medida que que tenia la abertura en donde se colocaria dicha puerta, esta que conseguia al ser demasiado larga, como unos 20 centimetros de mas, no me que otra opcion que cortar la misma, lo cual me llevo un gran trabajo.

Como dicha puerta que consegui sin el marco, la mima en un compra venta, donde me dijieron que hera de una fabrica, la misma tenia en la parte de abajo, un chapon de aproximadamente 40 centimetros de alto, por el ancho de la puerta en si, entonces para conservar dicho chapon procedi a efectuar el corta de la misma en la otra punta, debiendo tambien correr la parte de la visagra, por lo que tube que calar la parte de ese costado de la puerta.

Como bien saben ustedes he hecho muchas soldaduras, con mi maquina, si se acuerdan la misma es de color naranja y esta que es de otra marca y de color celeste, es de mi yerno, o sea el trabajo es para su casa, como siempre digo, para realizar dichos trabajos, si le ponemos mucho amor y perseverancia, todo sale muy bien, como lo es en este caso, para el armado de un marco para esta puerta.

Estas maquinas de soldar, son muy practicas, tiene una faja para que se la pueda utilizar en halturas, con esa comodidad todo es mas facil, por supuesto que tenemos que poner de nosostros.
