Cocinando un cordero en el chaco paraguayo|||||Cooking a lamb in the Paraguayan chaco

Hola a todos recuerdo de una invitación de unos amigos para viajar al chaco paraguayo, lo que podemos ver en esta foto se trata de un cordero, con el que nos estaban esperando, por supuesto que el asador siempre es COMANDOYEYA, lo que pasa es que me hicieron fama de asador, entonces no pude evitar el cocinar , por supuesto poniendo en practica todo mi conocimiento para tal ocasión, luego de tener el cordero limpio y preparado para adobarlo, o sea para condimentarlo, lo cual lo único que hice fue lavarlo bien y luego colocarlo como se ve en la foto, coloque en ambos lados dos maderas con una orqueta y una madera cruzada, donde ate bien la parte de los cuartos de dicho cordero y prepare el fuego todo alrededor del mismo, para que se cocine muy lentamente.

Esta parte es antes de colocar dicho cordero para asarlo como les comente, en la foto esta el capataz de estancia donde fuimos, mi amigo y yo, por supuesto también el cordero, como bien les dije en esta mesa es donde procedí a lavarlo muy bien, para luego colgarlo.

Antes que nada quiero comentarle, que esto estaba filmado, debido a que se reseteo mi teléfono, por lo menos quedo la foto, esto es en el momento de regreso de dicha estancia, sobre el rio PARAGUAY, lo hacíamos en lancha, casi en su totalidad podemos ver sus barrancos de piedra solidas, con un corte diría casi perfecto, con algunas entradas en partes del mismo, para mas referencia les digo que esta localidad del pais de PARAGUAY, es muy conocida, porque es donde se libro una de las batallas mas importante, que en el año 1860, llamada GUERRA DEL CHACO, los paises involucrados eran PARAGUAY Y BOLIVIA, por supuesto que la victoria fue del PARAGUAY.

A parte de tener esa historia esa localidad, la cual queda en el norte de dicho pais, me agrado leer esa historia por existen muchas anécdotas, que sobresalen, para llegar a la estancia en donde estuvimos dos días, lo hicimos desde el pueblo, en lancha por un total de 12 horas por rio, para tener en cuenta el lugar de donde salimos se encuentra una de las cementaras nacionales de dicho pais, la cual considero que es la mas importante, CEMENTERA VALLEMI Y TASSER, aparte de ser muy bueno es el mas barato.

La verdad que al navegar por dicho rio y gozar de esos bellos paisaje, lo cual nos brinda nuestra madre naturaleza, que sabemos bien que la máxima creación de nuestro señor DIOS.
