Caminata y ejercicio, con mi nieta EMILYºººººWalk and exercise, with my granddaughter EMILY

Hola a todos, si existe algo en esta vida, es ser abuelo y por ende los niestos son la continuacion de nuestros hijos, por eso con mi nieta EMILY, mi compañerita me acompaño hoy en la caminata del ejercicio, el cual lo hago en la medida que puedo, porque la verdad amigos estoy a full con la obra, que estoy realizando en la casa de mi hijo, pero tambien es bueno darse el tiempo para uno y tambien compartirlo con mi nieta.

La verdad que es un parque muy hermoso y concurrido para las personas que realizan sus ejercicios diarios, ademas el mismo es muy seguro, porque para ingresar uno se tiene que acreditar con documentos, la verdad la seguridad ante todo.

Lo que mas destaco tambien es el color del cielo, el ual esta bien celeste y como vemos la parte de abajo, el verde amarronado de la vegetacion.

Bueno en partes la misma es un color verde sobresaliente, como siempre lo digo amigos que es referente a LA MADRE NATURALEZA, A CUAL ES MUY SAVIA, EN TODOS LOS SENTIDOS.

Como lo pueden ver en esta fotografia amigos, existen carteles de informacion de algunos de los animales que son abitue en dicho parque, como dice el cartel que tenemos que aprender a convivir con ellos.

Como lo pueden ver estos grandes arboles son autoctonos de la zona, los mismos son arboles nativos de muchos años, a los cuales se los tiene que cuidarlos y no dañarlos.

La verdad es hermozo caminar por dicho parque, ademas de la seguridad, tranquilidad, debido a la forestacion, el aire que se respira es lo mas puro que pueda existir y que bien nos hace, cambiar el aire de ves en cuando.

La verdad es que es un parque muy hermoso y concurrido para las personas que hacen sus ejercicios diarios, y también es muy seguro porque para entrar, uno tiene que estar acreditado con documentos. La seguridad es lo primero, de verdad.

As you can see in this photograph, friends, there are information signs about some of the animals that inhabit this park. As the sign says, we have to learn to coexist with them.

The truth is, it's beautiful to walk thru that park. Beside the safety and tranquility, due to the afforestation, the air you breathe is the purest it can be, and it does us good to change the air every now and then.
