Cambiando el andamio al otro lado de la pared (otro departamento)ºººººMoving the scaffolding to the other side of the wall (another apartment)

Hola a todos, como bien dice el titulo de esta publicacion, teniendo en cuenta amigos y como bien lo saben esto efectuando refracciones en la casa de mi hijo @jhelbich, la parte del local de peluqueria y por motivos climaticos me atrase un poco, pero siempre firme y adelante, porque como lo pueden ver en esta fotografia, el andamio ya se cambio al otro departamento y el primero me falta muy poco, para terminarlo.

Como lo pueden notar de este lado o sea el segundo departamento, ya termine las paredes de la division de lo que seria el baño y la cocina, me falta rebocar y colocar la luz y los asesorios de baño.

Como bien les comente el primero, ya tiene en la parte de adelante o sea lo que es mas grande, ya tiene la pared rebocada, faltaria la pintura y listo.

Lo que seria la parte de atras, donde seria la cocina, ya de ambos lados tienen colocadas las ventanas, las mismas son de este medida por el hecho de que los futuros inquilinos no pueden ver la casa de atras, bueno la ventanas de ambos baños tambien estan a una altura un poco elevada.

Como bien comente este departamento faltaria en la parte de atras el cielorraso, tambien en el baño, pintarlo y ya estaria listo, luego de agregar los muebles de la cocina.

Ese seria otro detalle mas, porque tengo que efectuar la instalacion del agua y los desagues de cocina y baño, pero como bien saben todos ustedes, siempre tengo presente mi dicho, SI TODO LO QUE HACEMOS, LO HACEMOS CON AMOR Y PERSEVERANCIA, LAS COSAS SIEMPRE SALEN BIEN, jajaja.

Hello everyone, as the title of this post says, taking into account my friends and as you well know, I am doing refractions at my son @jhelbich's house, the part of the hair salon, and due to weather conditions, I am a little behind schedule, but I am always determined and moving forward, because as you can see in this photo, the scaffolding has already been moved to the other apartment and I have very little left to finish the first one.

As you can see on this side, which is the second apartment, I've already finished the walls dividing what will be the bathroom and kitchen. I still need to plaster and install the lighting and bathroom fixtures.

As I mentioned earlier, the front part, which is the largest, already has the wall plastered. All that's left is to paint it, and it'll be done.

What would be the back, where the kitchen would be, already has windows on both sides. They are this size so that future tenants cannot see the house behind. The windows in both bathrooms are also a little higher up.

As I mentioned, this apartment needs a ceiling in the back, as well as in the bathroom. Once it is painted and the kitchen furniture is added, it will be ready.

That would be another detail, because I have to install the water and drainage for the kitchen and bathroom, but as you all know, I always keep my motto in mind: IF WE DO EVERYTHING WITH LOVE AND PERSEVERANCE, THINGS ALWAYS WORK OUT WELL, ha ha ha.
