What we can see in this picture is the part of the preparation of the filling for the beef empanadas, which is as follows, we place a pot on the stove of the kitchen, we pour a little oil, then the onion and garlic finely chopped, salt to taste and various spices, stir well and let it cook well, covering the pot, what you see next to the pot is a jar in which the eggs are boiling, which then add to the meat and also a bit of morron or locote cut into small pieces.

What we see in the other pot with the spoon, would be the filling of the chicken, which we do the same process as the meat, m with the detail that then we add the chicken that would be breast after boiling it treozanos it well, for after all that we also add a little potato to which we cut it into very small pieces, after adding also the hard boiled egg well cut, we mix very well and in that way we already have the filling for the chicken empanadas.

To differentiate the empanadas, the ones on the plate are the ones with beef and the ones on the table are the ones with chicken filling, well in this case my friends got a little bit mixed in the oven and also the fried ones, at the request of the diners.

Hola a todos, teniendo en cuenta que el matanbrito a la piza habia salido excelente en su totalidad y referente a eso no quedo nada, por todo eso amigos hay que variar en las mismas o sea en las comidas y que mejor preparar para el almuerzo y degustar unas sabrosas empanadas de carne de res y de pollo, por supuesto al horno y fritas,

Lo que podemos ver en esta fotografia es la parte del preparado del relleno para las empanadas de carne de res, lo cual es de la siguiente manera, colocamos una olla en la hornalla de la cocina, le vertemos un poco de aceite, luego la cebolla y ajo bien picado, sal a gusto y especias varias, revuelvo bien y dejo que se cocine bien, tapando dicha olla, lo que se observa al lado de la olla es un jarra en la cual se esta hirviendo los huevos, los cuales luego agrego a la carne y tambien un poco de morron o locote cortado en trozos pequeños.

Lo que vemos en la otra olla con la cuchara, seria el relleno del pollo, el cual hacemos el mismo proceso que la carne,m con el detalle que luego le agregamos el pollo que seria pechuga luego de hervirla lo treozanos bien, para despues de todo eso le agregamos tambien un poco de papa a la que la cortamos en trozos muy pequeños, despues de agregarle tambien el huevo duro bien cortado, mesclamos muy bien y de esa manera ya tenemos el relleno para las empanadas de pollo.

Para diferenciar las mismas o sea a las empanadas, las que se encuentran en el plato son las de carne de res y las que se encuentran en la mesada son las que tienen el relleno de pollo, bueno en este caso amigos salio un poco mescladas al horno y tambien las fritas, a pedido de los comensales.

Si hablamos de los comensales, por supuesto se trata de la familia, quienes al comensar a degustar esta sabrosas empanadas, no dejaron nada, porque saben que el abuelo @comandoyeya, cocina muy esquisito.
