Hola a todos, hoy con otro trabajo en el cual estoy hermoseando el garage, cada ves falta menos, porque quieran o no el mismo en su totalidad de metros cuadrados amigoes es de, 45 metros y como lo pueden notar lo hago solo, bueno lo mas importante ya esta terminado , lo que seria el techo y la pared lateral que me da a la medianera o sea con el vecino y del otro lado las columnas de hierro de la extructura y estoy arreglando para que me quede mas jardin jajajam bueno quedaria mucho mas grande el mismo, entonces lo que elabora es un encadenado, el cual es desde la muralla hasta la columna de hierro, el cual su hancho es de 3,65 metros, 15 cm. de profundidad y 12 cm. de ancho, con hierros, derecho del 8 y estribos con hierros del 4,2 , su hormigon es de 3 x 1.

Para que se entienda amigos referente al 3 x 1, con esto quiero decirles que en cada maquinada de hormigon, lleva 6 baldes de arena, 6 baldes de piedra y dos baldes de cemento, con agua a gusto o sea mas blando o mas duro.

La verdad que todo esto me hace mucho bien, no es tanto esfuerzo porque yo lo veo como una gimnacia, segun la distancia desde donde acarreo los materiales jajaja, la arena de unos 25 metros y la piedra que es mas pesada de unos 20 metros, el cemento de unos 10 metros.

Como lo pueden deducir, lo mas liviano mas lejos y a medida que es mas pesado el material la distancia para trasladar al mismo hasta la maquina es mas serca.

Asi que con la maquina en movimiento le voy agregando el material, primero tres baldes de piedra, luego agua, luego tres baldes de arena, luego un balde de cemento, es por eso que se dice tres por uno, de esa manera el hormigon queda muy resistente una ves fraguado.

Como les comente gracias a nuestro DIOS, que pude obtener esta maquina, la cual me aliia mucho en la elaboracion del hormigon, porque lo unico que se hace es agregar todo adentro de la misma y listo.

Luego de haber agregado todo el material lo unico que hago es controlar el estado del hormigon si esta muy duro agrego agua y si esta muy blando le agrego un poco de arena y cemento, bueno en la fotografia se puede ver como salio dicho hormigon.

El cual una ves que lo tengo que volvar, en esta ocacion lo hice sibre una tabla, el detalle esta no desperdiciar dicho hormigon, porque mesclado con tierra no es conveniente, luego lo agrego sobre el hierro, encofrado con madera en los costados y luego de aplicarle unos golpes con un hierro para que se compacte bien el mismo, con una cuchara de albañil voy prolijando en la parte de arriba.

The truth is that all this does me a lot of good, it is not so much effort because I see it as a gymnastics, depending on the distance from where I carry the materials hahaha, the sand about 25 meters and the stone that is heavier about 20 meters, the cement about 10 meters.

As you can deduce, the lighter the farther away and the heavier the material, the farther the distance to move it to the machine.

So with the machine in motion I add the material, first three buckets of stone, then water, then three buckets of sand, then a bucket of cement, that's why they say three for one, that way the concrete is very resistant once set.

As I said thanks to our GOD, I could get this machine, which helped me a lot in the elaboration of the concrete, because the only thing to do is to add everything inside the machine and that's it.

After having added all the material the only thing I do is to control the state of the concrete if it is very hard I add water and if it is very soft I add a little sand and cement, well in the picture you can see how the concrete came out.

The detail is not to waste this concrete, because mixed with soil is not convenient, then I add it on the iron, formwork with wood on the sides and after applying a few blows with an iron to compact it well, with a mason's spoon I'm tidying up the top.
