The Kilopost

It's kilopost time! You know, like kilotons but for blog posts instead of nuclear warhead yields. One thousand blogs, doesn't seem real. Then again, the past seven years and change have been a bit on the unreal side.

Write a blog, make money they said. It'll be fun they said. Lambos were mentioned. Betting I see that Soros money before I do a Lambo. There's been a bit more work and less money involved than I was led to believe, but I can't say it hasn't been fun. Bunch of other things too, but fun for sure.

This blockchain has come a long way from the paragraph and a picture days, like to think I have too. Definitely caused me to get plenty of practice in, kept me consistent a lot better than anything else I've ever come across.

Still wild to me to think of how many photos and words have went into a thousand blogs, seems that without much in the way of intention I went and created a body of work. Now to cherry pick the best parts and turn it into a book.

Probably wouldn't be writing this if it wasn't for all the support I've gotten on here over the years. Would tag a bunch of folks to thank but I'd end up forgetting to include half the people I should, so I'll just say Thanks dammit! Y'all know who you are anyways.

Now to see how long it takes to get to two thousand. . .
