Like you, I am not a car enthusiast and don't know much about the different makes and models. I can work on the older ones a little, but not newer ones. We have car shows around her often and it is really neat seeing the older vintage models, but for some reason a trend has started that newer "supped up" models have started making appearances at the shows as well. NOt sure I care for those as much as the older ones.

We also have classic tractor shows too and those are really neat as well.

Looks like things work a bit differently. here you have to have an oldtimer certificate, to be able to participate at these events. To get a certificate, the car needs to be in good condition and old too (I don't know what's the last year to qualify though) but you don't see newer cars.

Classic tractor shows? That's an interesting thing too. I don't think I've heard of any here.
