Yeah, the wires are everywhere. They just did a cleaning throughout the whole city, taking out all the wires that were not marked or in use. It's mostly internet. And it still looks like this...
Man, that is a lot of wasted copper.
Glas Fiber actually. Not sure what that contains, though.
