Putting more warmth to my photos 🍊

Putting warmth into one's life means so many positive things, it cultivates positive emotions like happiness, optimism, joy, love, and gratitude. Adding warmth to my photos and to my life promotes feelings of comfort, safety, and connectedness. Feelings that I really need in trying times.

Life is both an adventure and a stageplay 🏦

It is a journey that unfolds each day, a series of moments for us to feel and consume. A box of pizza that is delicious to consume yet is finite. It is a long journey, an adventure I can say. If you are just starting it there are a lot of possibilities for opportunities and fun, in the middle you start to go deep dive and be succumbed to the moments, and once you think you are near your destination you will feel like that time has passed quickly.

It is a box of pizza that you enjoy, mouth watering at the start, deliciously satisfying in the middle, then you will feel uneasy because this might need to end soon with your very last bite. The adventure of flavors will now come to an end.

Remember that you are in control of how are you going to react at the moment. You are the director of your reactions that leads to your emotions. You set things up, you make sure that everything will be just fine, and direct your tones and feelings to a magnificent ending.

I am also a man with a lot of hobbies, a jack of all trades, garlic for all dishes, and a utility belt for Batman. But with all of these, I am also a man full of shenanigans, a failed achiever, and a broken record -- a ningas kugon. A man that can demonstrate zest and enthusiasm quickly and is full of ideas but never feels fulfilled and it is hard to finish what he starts. It is a hard and difficult reflection, a pie to my face, a hard pill to swallow, because I know for myself that I do not give up on things I just don't know where to put all these emotions and ideas.

All of these problems are from my happy-go-lucky attitude, and my very high self-confidence that I can accomplish anything even without effort and still make it. All of this is fine, but now I want to be better.

Now, I will be diving in deeper, I will give more effort, and I will be more passionate.

Control

In the stage play of life, anything can go wrong, mishaps, chaos, drama, and a spill of coffee. There are things that we can not ever control or predict no matter how we prepare it. With this realization, I will always choose to not worry about things that I can not control and focus on things that I can. Like my coffee, sugar, and creamer ratio for a perfect coffee, or how much garlic I put in my fried rice. My reactions, my emotions, my feelings, my peace, my smile, and everything that makes me in the moment all of these are in my grasp, all of these are in my control.

Today I decided to start putting warmth in my life. To improve more and put more effort into directing what I control.

Life will be full of challenges and mishaps. These things will slow us down, put us to a halt, or spill our coffee out. But these should not be the reason for you not to still try and do something.

Control the way you feel, get that haircut, have a bath, wear comfortable shirts, and smile.

Hellen Keller is a famous American author, activist, and lecturer but on top of all of that she is blind and deaf. She is an inspiration in maintaining a positive outlook in life. Let us all be a sunflower that follows the sunlight. No adversity to stop us from doing so.

What I can do is always seek out positivity and warmth. To comfort myself, and discover what fulfills me.

We are sunflowers.
