Esp-Eng]- Una Guardia llena de novedades por cirugía y trauma.

Hola mis hivers, saludos ❣️ les comparto otro día por los servicios de cirugía y trauma, ya que estuve en ambos en el mismo mismo, pero iba y venía ya que los servicios están muy cerca y de cierta manera van de la mano. Era domingo y el servicio estaba un poco vacío pero aún así llegaron sus casos especiales.

Hello my hivers, greetings ❣️ I share with you another day for the surgery and trauma services, as I was in both in the same one, but I was going back and forth as the services are very close and in a way they go hand in hand. It was Sunday and the service was a bit empty but still their special cases came in.

Llegaron algunos pacientes para curas,se había infectado una herida posterior a una apendicectomia, en el área de cirugía así que se necesitaba drenar la herida y desinfectar. Algunos pacientes fueron ingresados para hospitalización mientras se preparaban para entrar a quirófano.

Some patients came in for treatment, a wound had become infected after an appendectomy, in the surgical area, so the wound needed to be drained and disinfected. Some patients were admitted for hospitalization while preparing to enter the operating room.

Cómo era el día del niño también se estuvieron dando regalos a los familiares de los médicos, la guardia transcurrió tranquila pero a eso del mediodía llegó una emergencia de un tiro de escopeta en el rostro de un paciente masculino, pero el cirujano maxilofacial no se encontraba en la institución.

As it was children's day, gifts were also given to the relatives of the doctors. The shift went smoothly but around noon there was an emergency of a shotgun shot in the face of a male patient, but the maxillofacial surgeon was not in the institution.

Pero en general la guardia estuvo muy bien, subimos a piso al área pediatría y examinamos algunos pacientes que estaban por el área de trauma pediatría, un pequeño de uno 6 años que fue atropellado por un carro, estén pendientes de sus muchachos y eduquenlos para que no se acercan a la calle.

But in general the guard was very good, we went upstairs to the pediatric area and examined some patients who were in the pediatric trauma area, a little boy of 6 years old who was hit by a car, be aware of your children and educate them not to go near the street.
