Me tocó ser de modelo/ I had to be a model(Es-En)

Una amiga me dijo un día . - oye Cleo te voy a hacer unas fotos, pero unas fotos para que poses como mi modelo .

FOTOS , Modelo yo , no que va , eso no era lo mio . Lo mio siempre fue estar detrás de camara. Dirigir , montar los proyectos , editar las fotos que hacíamos en el estudio o en exteriores y jugar con los colores y tonalidades de la piel del modelo.

-En eso me convertí en editora , en diseñadora. -

A friend told me one day, "Hey, Cleo, I'm going to take some photos of you, but photos so you can pose as my model."

PHOTOS: I'm a model, no way, that wasn't my thing. My thing was always being behind the camera. Directing, editing projects, editing the photos we took in the studio or outdoors, and playing with the colors and tones of the model's skin.

"That's what I became, an editor, a designer."

Pero si, me tocó ser de modelo . Debo admitir que pasé trabajo . No es lo mismo estar dirigiendo un proyecto , una sesión a ser la que poses delante de la camara. Los nervios por un momento se apoderan de ti . Pero se logró .

But yes, I got to be a model. I have to admit I had a hard time. Directing a project or a shoot isn't the same as posing in front of the camera. Nerves get the better of you for a moment. But I made it happen.

Siempre en la escuela te enseñan las teorías y uno después sobre la práctica escoge su camino. Yo durante mucho tiempo escogí el camino del diseño , de la edición , de los proyectos y de el montaje en escena. Pero se disfrutó el proceso de construcción de un personaje, de tratar de expresar algún consepto. De crear ideas . Estás solo fueron fotos de prueba de un proyecto que quizas en el futuro se vuelva a retomar.

Y si , ese día también hubo café , los mejores proyectos inician en un café entre conversaciones y sueños que se quieren materializar 😜

In school, they always teach you the theories, and then you choose your path through practice. For a long time, I chose the path of design, editing, projects, and stagecraft. But the process of building a character, of trying to express a concept, of creating ideas, was enjoyable. These were just test shots of a project that I hope will be taken up again in the future.

And yes, there was also coffee that day. The best projects are initiated over coffee, amid conversations and dreams that aspire to materialize. 😜
