AT THE TOP! - A unexpected surprise from a dear friend

Want to go and watch the City lights? Want to escape the busy city even for awhile? We'll, this place is perfect for you! Today I will take you with me at the top of Cebu. From this place you can see our beautiful City, Cebu City. Enjoy the night with good food and good company.
Today was supposed to be a normal day. But suddenly I got a phone call from a dear friend of mine who is abroad. When I answered her call she told me that she is near our house, which caught me off guard because I didn't know she was home. I couldn't believe it and was very excited to see her after three years. She is also my daughter's godmother, she brought gifts for my daughter and invited us to go to "TOPS". I couldn't hide my excitement and fastly got ready for us to go. She is also my former colleague at work and visited our former work and invited a friend to come with us.
I've been wanting to visit the place but somehow couldn't, and her coming home made it happen. When we arrived, the place has an inviting atmosphere. It makes you relax and be comfortable right away. It was a perfect place for long talks and reminiscing memories. It is also a perfect place to spend time with your family and friends.
We took a bus going to our destination and when we arrived it was absolutely breathtaking. Everything, the skies above, the city below. It's like you enter a whole different world. We took pictures and enjoyed the view. We took our time admiring the beautiful scenery in front of us. As the dark night slowly approaches the lights light up continously from different buildings and houses.

TOPS is located in Cebu Tops Rd., Cebu City, Philippines
Ride a jeepney or taxi going to IT park terminal.
TOPS bus is there, and you can ride it.
- There Bus ride cost 200.00 pesos, back and forth and inclusive of the entrance fee which is 100.00 pesos.
- if you have your own transportation you can navigate it on waze and the I entrance fee is 100.00 pesos.
- If you want to access Tha sky deck 360 it also has an intrance fee of 50.00 pesos.

OMG, tops cebu! Well you know what, I've been there last December. It took us an hour to be there and the fare is just enough to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Cebu. It was cold there, so to everyone who planned a trip in Tops Cebu, you should bring a jacket haha! But anyways, I really love also the foods there at a good price. Hoping to eat again their "Tuslob Buwa" that's actually my first time to eat it, and it taste so good! aaah I wanna go back to cebu ❤️😭
