On the last Sunday of each month, in the central square of the city, there is the antiques market, a tradition that has been repeated for many years now. An event that always attracts a good number of people, including simple curious like me and lovers and collectors of objects in force decades ago and today simple valuable finds, or little less.

Some objects I remember well were present in my grandparents' house, wooden chairs with particular backrests that today we also find in less whimsical churches. Classicism is a fashion that never sets, probably in the coming decades many of these objects will be able to return to our things, as simple decorations or more useful objects in everyday affairs.

I particularly adore this children's bike, I believe it dates back to the 50s/60s, also kept in more than decent condition. A piece of history that is now just a collection, if I think of today's electric bikes... By now, even the classic bicycle is becoming a piece of history.

There are often many paintings, among the most common objects to look at and also the best-selling ones. The passion for certain collector's items will never fade. However, many deals can also be concluded here for those who are not only a collector but also a reseller.

But the truth is that I see a lot of nostalgia for past times and a lot of memories of my adolescence, when I frequented my grandparents' house and all those strange objects for me now really make sense.

L'ultima domenica di ogni mese, nella piazza centrale della città, ecco il mercato dell'antiquariato, una tradizione ormai che si ripete da molto anni. Un evento che attira sempre una buon numero di persone, tra semplici curiosi come me e amanti e collezionisti degli oggetti in vigore decenni fa ed oggi semplici reperti di valore, o poco meno.

Alcuni oggetti li ricordo bene erano presenti nella casa dei miei nonni, sedie in legno con particolari schienali che oggi li troviamo anche nelle chiese meno estrose. Il classicismo è una moda che non tramonta mai, probabilmente nei prossimi decenni molti di questi oggetti potranno tornare nelle nostre cose, come semplici addobbi o oggetti più utili nelle faccende di tutti i giorni.

Adoro in particolare questa bici per bambini, io credo sia risalente agli anni '50/'60, tenuta anche in uno stato più che decente. Un pezzo do storia che ora è solo collezione, se penso alle bici elettriche di oggi... Ormai anche la bicicletta classica sta diventando un pezzo di storia.

Ci sono spesso molto quadri, tra gli oggetti più comuni da osservare e anche quelli più venduti. La passione per certi pezzi da collezione non tramonteranno mai. Qui si possono concludere però anche molti affari per chi è non solo un collezionista ma anche un rivenditore.

Ma la verità è che io vedo molta nostalgia dei tempi passati e molto ricordi della mia adolescenza, quando frequentavo la casa dei miei nonni e tutti quei oggetti per me strani, ora hanno davvero un senso.
