Colorful clouds on the horizon

Yesterday was a particularly stormy day, a massive cloud covered the city in a short time, driven by a strong sirocco wind, visible from the sea as a large wall moving at high speed. I managed to capture some spectacular images of the mass of clouds that would soon cover the sky, unleashing a storm of lightning and rain that also caused some damage in the city.

The particular beauty of the clouds is accentuated by the shade of color, caused by the reflection of sunlight and the refraction of the clouds themselves. I was passing by in the car near the seafront and I saw this wonderful sight which in my opinion has every merit of being immortalized. It's not an everyday scene of colored clouds and atypical shades like this.

On the other hand, I thought it would be perfect for @tobetada's Love The Clouds contest, in fact I've been absent from the challenge for a long time! 😊

Well, as I look at the images, I notice more carefully the play of lights reflected on the surface of the sea, with green shades that become darker as it joins the stormy horizon. Another very interesting element is the contrast between the stormy, restless and energetic clouds and the absolute tranquility of the sea, which is not very rough near the shore.

Many poets could easily be inspired by such natural beauty, I prefer to remain silent and observe this wonderful panorama, until obviously the rain and wind forced me to retreat to my car.
