Sábado de ejercicio en la ciudad deportiva de Pampatar [ Esp/Eng]

Hola queridos amigos ¡Feliz Sábado! Deseando que estén pasado un estupendo fin de semana de disfrute y descanso 🤗❤️

En la Isla de Margarita, últimamente los días han sido nublados y lluviosos. A pesar de ello, no fue impedimento para salir y hacer el tradicional trote Sabatino con el grupo del kárate. Estaba super feliz pues esta actividad la disfruto mucho, tenía 3 meses sin poder salir con el grupo, debido a mi operación. Verlos nuevamente y compartir esta actividad fue maravilloso.

Salimos a las 6 y 20 am de la casa, mi hijo Arturo y yo, estaba lloviendo, al llegar me reencontré con varias compañeras y mamis. Iniciamos el trote en la ciudad deportiva de Pampatar a las 7am. Poco después cesó la lluvia y salió el sol. Recorrimos casi 5 kilómetros. Disfruté bastante el recorrido y de la excelente compañía. Al finalizar hicieron carreras los más chiquitos y nos tomaron una foto grupal. Pasé una mañana genial llena de mucha energía y buena vibra es una forma maravillosa de terminar y recargar energías. In Margarita Island, lately the days have been cloudy and rainy. Despite this, it was not an impediment to go out and do the traditional Saturday jog with the karate group. I was super happy because I enjoy this activity very much, I had 3 months without being able to go out with the group, due to my operation. Seeing them again and sharing this activity was wonderful.

We left at 6:20 am from the house, my son Arturo and I, it was raining, when we arrived I met again with several companions and moms. We started jogging in the sports city of Pampatar at 7am. Shortly after the rain stopped and the sun came out. We covered almost 5 kilometers. I enjoyed the run and the excellent company. At the end the little ones ran races and we had a group photo taken. I had a great morning full of energy and good vibes, it was a wonderful way to finish and recharge. No more friends. Here I share with you some pictures I captured, I hope you had a nice day too.
