Día de evaluación Pre - Operatoria para mi cirugía de Orl [Esp/Eng]

Hola queridos amigos ¡Feliz Domingo! espero que hayan tenido un estupendo fin de semana disfrutando y descansando para iniciar la semana santa o semana mayor con la mejor energía 🤗❤️

Por mi parte, les quiero compartir mi experiencia haciendome la evaluación pre operatoria. Resulta que ya llevo más de 6 meses presentando problemas respiratorios, obstrucción, sinusitis a repetición y los dejaba pasar, no les prestaba atención, pensando que no era nada grave. hasta que desde diciembre empecé a presentar sangrado nasal constantemente con pérdida considerable de sangre. Razón por la cual acudo a la otorrinolaringologo para mi evaluación.

Resulta que me mando hacer una tomografía. Donde revela una obstrucción severa por desviación del septum, cornetes obstructivos, síndrome de apnea sueño por lo que me plantea la resolución quirúrgica a través de una cirugía funcional endonasal. Para ello me envía a realizar mis exámenes pre operatorios.

Gracias a Dios tenemos seguro y todo estos gastos los cubriría, me dieron cita y este día llegue a las 8 am a la clínica , en admisión me llenaron un formulario donde me dijeron que pasara por laboratorio allí me extrajeron la sangre para realizar la analitica correspondiente, luego me dirigí hacia el área de imagenologia donde me realizaron la radiografía de tórax y por último me realizaron la evaluación pre anestésica, allí me interrogaron acerca de mi estado de salud, antecedentes, alergias cirugías anteriores. Les cuento que todo este proceso fluyó de manera rápida y les confieso que a pesar de ser personal de salud y conocer los procesos estaba nerviosa, hasta el punto que la tensión arterial oa tenia un poco alta jejejjeeje . It turns out that he sent me for a CT scan. Where he reveals a severe obstruction by deviation of the septum, obstructive turbinates, sleep apnea syndrome so he proposes me the surgical resolution through a functional endonasal surgery. For this he sends me to perform my preoperative tests.

I tell you that this whole process flowed quickly and I confess that despite being health personnel and knowing the processes I was nervous, to the point that my blood pressure was a little high hehehehehehehehe.
