Red summer sunset 📷 Canon PowerShot SX40 HS #5

Hello friends, I hope you are all very well today and tomorrow too!

This day I was very motivated with my camera to capture a beautiful sunset from this area of Lima, which is more or less where the beach circuit begins.

Upon arrival I took these first pictures, the sunset was about to fall and although the sun was shining in its splendor, some clouds overshadowed the landscape.

That discouraged me a little because I was expecting a colorful and beautiful sunset.

Este día fui muy motivado con mi cámara a capturar un lindo atardecer desde esta zona de Lima, que es más o menos donde comienza el circuito de playas.

Al llegar saqué estas primeras fotos, el atardecer estaba por caer y aunque sol el brillaba en su esplendor, unas nubes opacaban el paisaje.

Eso me desmotivó un poco pues esperaba un atardecer colorido y hermoso -.-

I started to walk, quietly, a little bored I took pictures of the streets, playing with vanishing points and composition. I caught a plane in mid-flight, things I couldn't do with my cell phone hehe. I love my camera :)

The horizon started to get interesting, the clouds covering the sun started to acquire a very particular reddish tone.

There I went to position myself in a good place to capture the sunset in all its splendor, because that's what I had gone for...

! [Spanish]Me puse a caminar, tranquilamente, un poco aburrido tomé fotos de las calles, jugando con los puntos de fuga y la composición. Atrapé a un avión en pleno vuelo, cosas que no podría hacer con mi celular jeje. Me encanta mi cámara :)

El horizonte se empezó a poner interesante, las nubes tapando al sol empezaron a adquirir un tono rojizo muy particular.

Ahí fui a posicionarme en un buen lugar para captar el atardecer en todo su esplender, pues a eso y sólo a eso había ido...

I am happy, nature gave me a magnificent sunset to photograph. I had enough time to take several photos so I could share the ones I like the most with you.

I am very happy with the results, they are beautiful photos and I would not have been able to get those shots without the necessary equipment. From time to time I ask myself if I was right to buy my camera, cell phones nowadays take good pictures.... It is becoming clear to me that there is no point of comparison between a cell phone camera and a real camera, not even close!

These were some of the ones I liked the most! It was such a beautiful sunset that several people got out of their cars to capture the moment with their cell phones...

! [Spanish]Me quedo contento, la naturaleza me brindó un atardecer magnífico para fotografiar. Tuve bastante rato para sacar vaarias fotos y así poder compartir las que más me gustan con ustedes.

Me siento muy feliz por los resultados, son bonitas fotos y no hubiera podido lograr esas tomas sin el equipo necesario. De vez en cuando me planteo si hice bien al comprar mi cámara, los celulares hoy en día toman buenas fotos... Ya me va quedando bien claro que no hay punto de comparación entre la cámara de un celular, y una cámara de verdad, ni cerca!

Estas fueron algunas de las que más me gustaron! Fue un atardecer tan bonito que varias personas bajaron de sus autos a capturar el momento con sus celulares...

And these other photos make me feel more than satisfied! I see that there are some of the photos I took that I really liked, but they don't have the best focus. We are gaining experience and seeing things to improve.

I hope you like my photos and they evoke as many feelings as me, I hope your questions, complaints, suggestions or complaints in the comments hahahaha.

Then I took a couple of more photos when the sun finished covering behind the firmament...

! [Spanish]Y estas otras fotos me hacen sentir más que satisfecho! Veo que hay algunas fotos de las que tomé que me gustaron mucho, pero no tienen el mejor enfoque. Vamos ganando experiencia y viendo las cosas a mejorar.

Luego tomé un par de fotos más cuando el sol terminó de cubrirse detrás del firmamento...

Also, I sometimes stop a lot to look at the details of the photos. In my self-criticism, a blur is unacceptable. That's the first thing I try to adjust, a good focus. Then I look at the framing and finally I look at the shadows/lights.

! [Spanish]También, a veces me detengo mucho a mirar los detalles de las fotos. En mi autocrítica, un desenfoque es inaceptable. Es lo primero que trato de ajustar, un buen enfoque. Luego miro el encuadre y por último me fijo en las sombras/luces.
