Hello plant lovers, today I want to share with you my small and not very large portulaca plant which today has delighted me with its first bloom and without expecting it is a nuanced flower.
This little succulent came to my garden about two weeks ago and although I was told that this plant does not need much care, well! I think it needs them like any other plant.
Hola amantes de las plantas hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi pequeña y no muy extensa planta de portulaca la cual este día me ha deleitado con su primera floración y sin esperarlo es una flor matizada.
Está pequeña suculenta llegó a mi jardín hace unas dos semanas y aunque me dijeron que está planta no necesita de muchos cuidados pues! Creo que sí los necesita como cualquier otra planta.
Therefore, as with every plant in my garden I have investigated to avoid making mistakes that put at risk the existence of any plant that is under my care.
Besides this I have been observing it to evaluate its process which in spite of being a plant of easy reproduction is particularly has not spread very easily.
Por ello como con cada planta de mi jardín he investigado para evitar cometer errores que pongan en riesgo la existencia de cualquier planta que este bajo mis cuidados.
Además de esto la he estado observando para evaluar su proceso el cual a pesar de ser una planta de fácil reproducción está particularmente no se ha extendido con mucha facilidad.
This small and beautiful plant blooms all year round especially in summer days like these where the warmth of the sun motivates them to bloom at their best and as you can see it is true because it has already bloomed for the first time.
At first when it was given to me as a gift I wanted to plant it directly in the ground but as I am not very lucky with plants I planted it for now in a pot.
Está pequeña y hermosa planta florece todo el año sobre todo en días de verano como estos dónde la calidez del sol las motiva a florecer en su máximo explendor y como ven es cierto pues ya floreció por primera vez.
Al principio cuando me la obsequiaron quería sembrarla directo en la tierra pero como no suelo tener mucha suerte con las plantas la sembré por ahora en una maceta.
The appearance of this plant for me is very fragile, its branches are soft and bright green as well as its tiny leaves that are like spears.
For now I am taking very good care of my portulaca although here in my country it is known as bella a las once I like to call it by its scientific name it makes it look more interesting. 😁
La apariencia de esta planta para mí es muy frágil sus ramas son blandas y verde abrillantado al igual que sus diminutas hojas que son como lanzas.
Por ahora estoy cuidando muy bien de mi portulaca aunque acá en mi país se conoce como bella a las once a mí me gusta llamarla por su nombre científico la hace ver más interesante. 😁
Now an important detail to consider is that this plant is not very friendly to watering in fact I water it periodically at intervals and this pending that it is exposed to the sun daily, so it is in one of the sunniest areas of my garden.
For now I am taking good care of my portulaca although here in my country it is known as bella a las once I like to call it by its scientific name makes it look more interesting. 😁
Ahora bien un detalle importante a considerar es que está planta no es muy amiga del riego de hecho la riego periódicamente con intervalos y esto pendiente que este expuesta al sol diariamente, por ello se encuentra en unas de las áreas más soleadas de mi jardín.
Espero siga floreciendo tan frecuente como me dicen que florece ya me siento afortunada porque mi amiga jardinera dice que tengo suerte pues mi planta tiene flores matizadas la cual es muy escasas porque son las más coleccionadas por los amantes de estas plantas.
I feel satisfied in a short time to see how my plant grows and blooms although its branches are not very numerous I hope soon to be able to organize certain details to multiply my small plant and enjoy a whole floral show in my garden.
So if you have a portulaca at home remember not to risk it too much and let the sun be its best distraction to bloom.
Me siento satisfecha en poco tiempo de ver como mi planta crece y florece aunque sus ramas no son muy numerosas espero pronto poder organizar ciertos detalles para multiplicar mi pequeña planta y disfrutar de todo un espectáculo floral en mi jardín.
Así que si tienes una portulaca en casa recuerda no la riesgues mucho y deja que el sol sea su mejor distracción para florecer.
Enjoying this purple tinged flower with white at the edge of each petal is something very fleeting because at the end of the day my beautiful flower had already closed but it was a great gift of nature to have enjoyed it.
Disfrutar de esta flor matizada morada con blanco al borde de cada pétalo es algo muy fugaz pues al finalizar el día ya mi hermosa flor se había cerrado pero fue una gran regalo de la naturaleza haber disfrutado de ella.
