Saludos HIVER’s, Feliz día!!! Como todo comienzo, por medio de este post doy mi primer paso en esta red social, así como cada uno de ustedes, de a poquito, aprendiendo y probando poco a poco, simultáneamente mientras recibo los talleres de inducción, introductorios y/o asesorías a través de la Comunidad Aliento, donde trato de absorber, así sea por “ósmosis”, toda la información necesaria para cumplir con las reglas y normas definidas para la sana paz dentro de este universo HIVE.

Greetings HIVER's, Happy Birthday!!! As every beginning, through this post I take my first step in this social network, just like each one of you, little by little, learning and trying little by little, simultaneously while I receive the induction workshops, introductory and/or counseling through the Aliento Community, where I try to absorb, even by "osmosis", all the necessary information to comply with the rules and norms defined for the healthy peace within this HIVE universe.

Nací a comienzos de año hace unas cuantas primaveras (soy de la generación X casi Millenials), fecha difícil para mi mamá, quien tuvo que soportar los malestares de parto en las épocas más festivas del año como la Navidad y Año Nuevo, por lo que tengo la particularidad que mi cumpleaños siempre ha sido en una época donde toda la familia está reunida, o están de vacaciones, se encuentran de viaje, y ya están sin dinero, porque Enero siempre ha sido el mes difícil, económicamente hablando, considerando que los gastos de navidad para regalos, ropa nueva, reparaciones, viajes, compras, etc., siempre se dan en el mes de Diciembre (por el pago de utilidades, vacaciones y/o aguinaldos), dejando a Enero como el mes de las crisis económicas familiares, acá en Venezuela mal llamado “Mes de la Pelazón”.

I was born at the beginning of the year a few springs ago (I am of generation X almost Millenials), difficult date for my mom, who had to endure the discomforts of childbirth in the most festive times of the year like Christmas and New Year, so I have the particularity that my birthday has always been at a time where the whole family is together, or they are on vacation, they are traveling, and they are already out of money, because January has always been the difficult month, financially speaking, considering that Christmas expenses for gifts, new clothes, repairs, travel, shopping, etc. , always occur in the month of December (due to the payment of utilities, vacations and/or Christmas bonuses), leaving January as the month of family economic crises, here in Venezuela wrongly called "Month of the Pelazón".

Soy venezolano, y como todos en estos últimos años han sido duros, pero prácticamente bastante educativos, porque de una u otra forma hay que aprender cosas nuevas cada día para adaptarse a los cambios y poder sobrevivir, subsistir, y lo más difícil, mantenerse activos en este entorno tan dinámico.

I am Venezuelan, and like everyone else these last few years have been hard, but practically quite educational, because in one way or another you have to learn new things every day to adapt to the changes and be able to survive, subsist, and the most difficult thing, to stay active in this dynamic environment.

Nací en un estado llanero de este país y desde pequeño me dedique a tratar de entrar en lo que los colegios llaman, Cuadro de Honor, que no es más que pertenecer al Grupo de Estudiantes con mejores notas, sin embargo, con sus altibajos académicos, con o sin incentivo de disciplina familiar (ustedes saben a lo que me refiero), me mantuve con notas decentes y con ganas de estudiar para ser un “Hombre de Provecho”, como decía mi mamá.

I was born in a plains state of this country and since I was a child I dedicated myself to try to get into what schools call Honor Roll, which is nothing more than belonging to the group of students with better grades, however, with its academic ups and downs, with or without family discipline incentive (you know what I mean), I kept decent grades and eager to study to be a "Man of Profit", as my mother used to say.

Finalizando el bachillerato, específicamente en el penúltimo año, tuve que realizar unas de las primeras decisiones importantes de mi vida, “¿Qué estudiar en la Universidad?”. Al menos sabía que quería ir a la universidad, pero con el poco conocimiento en las carreras, y como muchos jóvenes que desconocen lo que realmente quieren, desean, pueden, les conviene o el talento y/o virtudes que poseen, pensé mucho entre las carreras completas de Ingeniería para Sistemas, Informática y Computación, por ser las carreras que prometían ser vanguardia en las tecnologías (mucho antes que saliera la primera película “The Matrix” en 1999), Ingeniería Civil o Arquitectura, por mis gustos y habilidades en el dibujo técnico, luego de cursar esa materia en mi 4to año de bachillerato (1er año de diversificado) a lápiz, reglas y papel (aun no conocía ni estaba popularizado las aplicaciones CAD), Ingeniería Química, Petroquímica o Petróleo, por ser altamente prometedora (recuerden que Venezuela es un país Petrolero y PDVSA era la empresa Vanguardia de la época, vislumbrándose como élite los empleados que podían trabajar allí), e Ingeniería Eléctrica o Electrónica, la cual consideré como reto personal, luego que mi Proyecto de Bachillerato estuviese íntegramente relacionado al estudio del electromagnetismo, y junto a mi compañero de Proyecto, contamos con la asesoría de un Ingeniero Electricista egresado de la UNEXPO – Barquisimeto.

At the end of high school, specifically in my junior year, I had to make one of the first important decisions of my life, "What to study at the University? At least I knew I wanted to go to college, but with little knowledge in the careers, and like many young people who do not know what they really want, want, can, can, suits them or the talent and / or virtues they possess, I thought a lot between the full careers of Systems Engineering, Computer Science and Computer, for being the careers that promised to be vanguard in technologies (long before the first movie "The Matrix" came out in 1999), Civil Engineering or Architecture, for my tastes and skills in technical drawing, after taking that subject in my 4th year of high school (1st year of diversified) with pencil, rulers and paper (I still didn't know how to do it), Chemical, Petrochemical or Petroleum Engineering, for being highly promising (remember that Venezuela is an oil country and PDVSA was the vanguard company of the time, and the employees who could work there were considered elite), And Electrical Engineering or Electronics, which I considered as a personal challenge, after my Bachelor Project was entirely related to the study of electromagnetism, and together with my project partner, we have the advice of an Electrical Engineer graduated from the UNEXPO - Barquisimeto.

En su momento, fue bastante ambicioso pensar el estudio de una carrera profesional larga de las que quería, considerando que mi familia pertenecía a lo que llamaban “Clase Media”, y conociendo que provenía de una ciudad llanera al sur del país, donde las carreras que se disponían en los Institutos de Educación Superior eran las de Educación, Contaduría, Administración de Empresas y el Básico de Ingeniería Agrícola y Agroindustrial, donde estas últimas debían ser terminadas en Estados vecinos de la misma región llanera, por lo que la decisión final de estudiar fuera de mi ciudad dependía de los recursos de mi familia y la disponibilidad de mudarme, aparte de ser aceptado en la carrera y universidad de mi preferencia, requisitos importantes para lograr el objetivo deseado.

At the time, it was quite ambitious to think about studying a long professional career of the ones I wanted, considering that my family belonged to what they called "Middle Class", and knowing that I came from a city in the southern plains of the country, where the careers that were available in the Institutes of Higher Education were those of Education, Accounting, Business Administration and the Basic of Agricultural and Agro-industrial Engineering, where the latter had to be completed in neighboring States in the same plains region, Business Administration and Basic Agricultural and Agro-industrial Engineering, where the latter had to be completed in neighboring states in the same plains region, so the final decision to study outside my city depended on the resources of my family and the availability to move, apart from being accepted in the career and university of my choice, important requirements to achieve the desired goal.

Luego de los procesos de admisión y/o asignación universitaria, termine estudiando una carrera profesional universitaria fuera de mi ciudad natal, donde luego de todo el proceso de capacitación y formación académica, y compartir con la comunidad universitaria en todo su esplendor, que involucra las organizaciones estudiantiles de toda índole, compañeros de otras facultades, etc., terminé recibiéndome de Ingeniero Electricista, con especialidad en Electrónica y Comunicaciones.

After the processes of admission and/or university assignment, I ended up studying a professional university career outside my hometown, where after the whole process of training and academic formation, and sharing with the university community in all its splendor, which involves student organizations of all kinds, colleagues from other faculties, etc., I ended up graduating as an Electrical Engineer, specializing in Electronics and Communications.

Mi vida laboral fue poco diversa, pero al menos tuve la oportunidad de ejercer mi profesión en cierta medida, desde un inicio técnico, enfocado al campo de la ingeniería, hasta un nivel más administrativo en el seguimiento de proyectos, y en la Administración Técnica de Empresas.

My working life was not very diverse, but at least I had the opportunity to practice my profession to some extent, from a technical start, focused on the engineering field, to a more administrative level in project follow-up, and in the Technical Business Administration.

Siempre me ha gustado conocer las nuevas tendencias y avances tecnológicos en todas sus áreas, las películas e historias futuristas, aún siendo ficción, muestran una posibilidad o alternativa posible. Los avances de la humanidad fueron dados por visionarios que antes de nada, primero imaginaron las cosas, y luego trabajaron para hacerlas realidad. Imagínense los tormentos mentales del hombre de las cavernas para hacer el fuego, cazar, pintar, etc. Solo la invención de la rueda, fue un paso gigantesco para la humanidad, tanto como el de “Neil Armstrong” en la luna el 16 de Julio de 1969. La ciencia en todas sus facetas, nos lleva al punto donde nos muestra lo insignificantes e ignorantes que somos, por lo que el aprendizaje diario debería ser una disciplina personal.

I have always liked to learn about new trends and technological advances in all areas, movies and futuristic stories, even if they are fiction, show a possibility or possible alternative. The advances of mankind were given by visionaries who first of all, first imagined things, and then worked to make them a reality. Imagine the mental torments of the caveman to make fire, to hunt, to paint, etc. The invention of the wheel alone was a gigantic step for mankind, as much as that of "Neil Armstrong" on the moon on July 16, 1969. Science in all its facets, takes us to the point where it shows us how insignificant and ignorant we are, so daily learning should be a personal discipline.

Tengo gustos algo eclécticos, flexible y respetuoso ante todo, teniendo presente que así como el “Gato de Schrödinger” o el monólogo de “Hamlet” de William Shakespeare (“Ser o no ser, esa es la cuestión….”), la verdad y las cosas, depende de los ojos como se mire, de esta forma cada quien tendrá su punto de vista, y por consiguiente lo más sano es respetarlo, de allí que me gusta todo tipo de música con sus excepciones (Recuerden que soy de la Generación X), películas, libros, historias, pinturas, colores, comidas, etc. En conclusión, de todo un poco. Partiendo del hecho que la cultura general depende de lo que nos encontramos día a día, muchas cosas las he aprendido a las malas, equivocándome, cosa que a veces molesta, pero es la forma natural de aprender.

I have somewhat eclectic tastes, flexible and respectful above all, keeping in mind that just as the "Schrödinger's Cat" or the monologue of "Hamlet" by William Shakespeare ("To be or not to be, that is the question .... "), the truth and things, depends on the eyes how you look at them, so everyone will have their own point of view, and therefore the healthiest thing is to respect it, hence I like all kinds of music with exceptions (Remember that I am of Generation X), movies, books, stories, paintings, colors, food, etc.. In conclusion, a little bit of everything. Starting from the fact that the general culture depends on what we encounter day by day, many things I have learned the hard way, making mistakes, which is sometimes annoying, but it is the natural way to learn.

Con ello, dando pasos entre muchas cosas de la realidad que cada uno vivimos a su manera, pensando la mejor o la peor alternativa de ingresos, llegué acá, a HIVE, a esta red social con un universo de posibilidades de crecimiento, donde espero poder compartir mis ideas y pensamientos de la manera más amena y agradable posible.

With this, taking steps among many things of the reality that each of us live in our own way, thinking about the best or the worst income alternative, I arrived here, to HIVE, to this social network with a universe of possibilities for growth, where I hope to share my ideas and thoughts in the most pleasant and enjoyable way possible.

Entre una recomendación de un amigo e información en las redes sociales, llegué a los Talleres o Charlas de Inducción de “HIVE desde Cero”, auspiciados por la “Comunidad Aliento”, donde de la mano de todo el equipo que los integra, poco a poco fui conociendo las herramientas, bondades, recomendaciones y precauciones a considerar para disfrutar de HIVE en todo su esplendor, agradeciendo de antemano las recomendaciones, con todas sus ocurrencias de @soy-laloreto, moderadora principal en esta jornada de formación.
