Applying to A new Job!

The time has come to possibly move on from my Job...

Where I currently work I enjoy my job it's not the best but I am somewhat happy but there are two issues that make me wanna switch.

Low hours: being contracted to 20 hours means I take home around £800 it seems a lot but with the cost of living I would like more hours in the 25-30 region that will net me closer to £1000 a month.

A company failing to compete: truth be told the company I work at is failing to compete. most other stores sell the exact same products at a lot cheaper price than we do and because the company never acted we have been losing many staff and overall the store is failing.

lazy managers and staff shortage: Explains itself really

no notice of shift changes and no consistency to shifts: Sadly despite being on 20 hours my shifts are constantly changing. one minute I'll do A 2-7 next I'll do A 11-4 and with sometimes just 24 hours notice before I know my next shift making it almost impossible to plan things and do stuff outside of work

maybe it is time to move on but we shall see what my future holds
