My Team Won This Week. Keep Fighting.
My neighborhood team played a very important match this week. Being in the relegation group, my team absolutely had to win.
Sarıyer is the district where my family has lived for over 100 years. Currently in the Turkish First League, they are fighting for promotion to the Süper Lig. Whenever I have time, I try to watch the matches at the stadium to support the team.
This weekend, the team also had a very important match. They were playing against Bandırmaspor, one of the league's most important and powerful teams.
The team had many shortcomings before this match, but with their smart play, they managed to win this match with a penalty in the 79th minute.
We're still at the bottom of the table, but we're looking forward to the future. Next week, we face Hatayspor, who are at the bottom of the league. If we win this match, it will be the first time we've won two matches in a row.
