This is what I made for dinner. 15 mins total time and Yummmmmm. Pac-Man style.

Korean steamed eggs with cheese. Shrimp, green onion and asparagus topping.

A simple diss. Eggs, ginger miso broth, steam! Bam!!!

Korean Steamed Eggs (Gyeran-jjim)

Ingredients
•4 large eggs
•1½ cups broth (anchovy, chicken, dashi) or lightly salted water
•Grated cheese (optional)
•Any toppings you like (scallions, sesame oil, chili flakes, shrimp, veggies etc.)

Method
1.Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the broth or salted water.
2.Beat everything really well until completely combined.
3.Strain the mixture into the bowl or dish you’re going to steam it in.
4.Cover the bowl so steam water can’t drip into the eggs.
5.Place it over gently simmering water and put a lid on the pot.
6.Steam for about 10 minutes.
7.Open it up, sprinkle some grated cheese on top, cover again, and put the lid back on the pot.
8.Steam a little longer until the eggs are set but still soft and jiggly.
9.Add whatever toppings you like and enjoy.-

I used the iPhone 17 pro Max. Cam settings on RAW format 24mp, I only use 48mp for important dishes where I need maximum clarity.

It’s delicious with soy sauce and sesame oil and chives if you want even easier. Broth makes the difference. Sometimes I even use leftover caldo.
