Happy day, friends at @Homesolutions. It is always a pleasure for me to stop by and say hello. Since I arrived at my daughter's house, I have been in charge of the kitchen. I love having a clean kitchen and clean kitchen utensils, but I was bothered by the grease on the walls. My daughter had painted them, and then my husband did too when we moved in, but since it's water-based paint, you can't clean it because it comes off. So, I managed to convince my daughter to see what we could do on a budget. She went out to run some errands and ended up buying wallpaper. She sent me several photos on WhatsApp so that the three of us (my husband @manros11, her, and me) could choose.

Feliz día amigos de @Homesolutions, siempre es grato para mí pasar por aquí y saludarlos, desde que llegue a la casa de mi hija me encargue de la cocina, me encanta tener la cocina limpia y los utensilios de cocina siempre limpios, pero me incomodaba la grasa en las paredes, mi hija había pintado y después mi esposo cuando llegamos pero como es una pintura de agua no se puede limpiar porque se quita así que logre convencer a mi hija para ver que podíamos hacer de manera económica,ella salio a hacer unas diligencias y paso comprando papel mural y me mando varias fotos por WhatsApp para entre los tres elegir (mi esposo @manros11,ella y yo)

We decided on white bricks, so my husband started sanding the wall to get to work. You can imagine how happy I was.

Nos decidimos por el blanco que son ladrillos, así que mi esposo se puso a lijar la pared para ponerse a trabajar,imaginarán mi felicidad.

He started by removing the kitchen and everything else that would get in the way of the job. He cut the paper to size, removed the backing, and began sticking it on, using a cloth to help him get it right. That was easy. Then he moved on to the wall on the side. I told him to be careful to follow the same line so it wouldn't look ugly. that wall has irregularities and it wrinkled and made him impatient, but I started to help him and between the two of us we managed to stick it on with a few small wrinkles that in the end are not noticeable unless you look at it very closely. I only stuck it on that area of the kitchen because my daughter only bought one roll and that is 45 centimetres wide by 10 metres long.
But it made the kitchen look so beautiful that my daughter was delighted and is going to buy more to cover the whole kitchen. When her husband came home from work and walked into the kitchen, he said, "How beautiful!" My husband was so excited that the next day he modified the small table next to the kitchen, and we are all happy because with little money and a lot of enthusiasm, we made the kitchen a more beautiful place, and now we are going for more.

Empezó por quitar la cocina y todas las cosas que estorbaran para realizar el trabajo, corto el papel a la medida y le quitó la parte de atrás y empezó a pegarlo ayudándose de un trapo para pegarlo mejor,ese fue fácil, luego fue a la pared del lado,le dije cuidara que siguiera la misma línea para que no se viera feo, esa pared tiene irregularidades y se le arrugaba y le causaba impaciencia pero yo me puse a ayudarlo y entre los dos logramos pegarlo con unas pequeñas arrugas que al final no se notan a menos que lo detalles mucho, pego en esa área de la cocina solamente por que mi hija solo compro un rollo y eso trae 45 centímetros de ancho por 10 metros de largo.
Pero eso le dio tanta belleza a la cocina que mi hija quedó feliz y va a comprar más para ponerle a toda la cocina y su esposo cuando llego del trabajo y entro a la cocina dijo: ¡que bonitoooooo!, mi esposo se entusiasmo tanto y al otro día modifico la mesita que esta al lado de la cocina y todos estamos felices porque con poco dinero y muchas ganas hicimos de la cocina un lugar más bonito y ahora vamos por más.

So, friends, whenever you can, make every corner of your home a more beautiful and pleasant place. My daughter spent £10,000 on remodelling the table and wallpaper.
