Hola amigos de @hivediy, feliz noche,este fin de semana estuve trabajando en una guitarra 🎸 eléctrica para mí nieto para la fiesta de la primavera en la escuela.
Para dicha guitarra comence por buscar los materiales necesarios.

Hello friends of @hivediy, good evening! This weekend I was working on an electric guitar 🎸 for my grandson for the spring festival at school. To make the guitar, I started by gathering the necessary materials.

PROCEDIMIENTO

Paso 1

Comence por sacar el patrón de la guitarra en papel y luego en cartón, el cuerpo de la guitarra mide 30 centímetros de largo,el ancho es a la elección del que lo haga, corte una tira para el borde de 5 centimetros de ancho por 50 centímetros de largo,la enrolle en un lápiz de los dos lados eso es para darle flexibilidad,echo esto comence a armar el cuerpo de la guitarra pegando la tira alrededor del cuerpo de la guitarra con la pistola de silicon en la parte de arriba y luego en la de abajo cuidando que quedara igual,si queda algun sobrante se corta y si tiene una lija la pasa por los bordes para que quede más bonito el trabajo porque se redondean los bordes,después corte las piezas en foami y las pegue con Silicon.

PROCEDURE

Step 1

I started by drawing the guitar pattern on paper and then on cardboard. The guitar body is 30 centimeters long; the width is up to the person making it. I cut a strip for the edge, 5 centimeters wide by 50 centimeters long, and rolled it around a pencil on both sides to give it flexibility. Once that was done, I began assembling the guitar body by gluing the strip around the body with a hot glue gun, first on the top and then on the bottom, making sure it was even. If there was any excess, I cut it off, and if I had sandpaper, I used it on the edges to round them off and make the work look neater. Then I cut the pieces out of foam and glued them on with hot glue.

PASO 2

Hice el patrón del diapasón en cartón corte 2 piezas de 30 centímetros de largo po5 centímetros de ancho pero en la parte que va hacia adelante se dejan 3 centímetros extras para pegarla al cuerpo de la guitarra entonces se corta una pieza del diapasón de 33 centímetros(uno solo) en la parte de arriba se le quitan 8 mm de cada lado, se recorta y se unen los tres.

PASO 3

Luego recorte 8 piezas de 1x8cms, 2x8cms, 3x8cms, 4x8cms, 5x8cms, 6x8cms, 7x8cms, 8x8cms, las pego una sobre otra de menor a mayor y forme un soporte para el clavijero el cual pegue en la parte de atrás.

STEP 2

I made the fretboard pattern out of cardboard. I cut two pieces 30 centimeters long by 5 centimeters wide, but on the front part, I left an extra 3 centimeters to attach it to the guitar body. Then I cut one fretboard piece 33 centimeters long (just one). I removed 8 mm from each side of the top edge, trimmed it, and joined the three pieces together.

STEP 3

Next, I cut eight pieces measuring 1x8cm, 2x8cm, 3x8cm, 4x8cm, 5x8cm, 6x8cm, 7x8cm, and 8x8cm. I glued them on top of each other, from smallest to largest, to form a support for the tuning pegs, which I glued to the back.

PASO 4

Luego hice el patrón del clavijero tomando de referencia la parte más angosta del diapasón y trace dos líneas rectas de 13,5 centímetros y una linea en diagonal de 14 centímetros y marco un punto empezando desde 3 cm, luego 5cm,7cm, 9 cm , 11cm y 13 cm,esto es para poner las clavijas(6 en total) luego dibujé el clavijero y recorte para luego marcarlo en el cartón y recortar 2 piezas y pegarlas con la pistola de silicon, luego en la parte donde se une el diapasón con el clavijero le pegue dos palillos y le eche silicon y uni las 2 piezas.
Cuando tuve listo el diapasón y clavijero lo forre con foami negro, primero la parte de abajo para que cubriera bien los bordes y luego corte la parte de arriba y pegue sobre el diapasón y clavijero.

STEP 4

Next, I made the pattern for the headstock, using the narrowest part of the fretboard as a reference. I drew two straight lines of 13.5 centimeters and a diagonal line of 14 centimeters, marking points starting at 3 cm, then 5 cm, 7 cm, 9 cm, 11 cm, and 13 cm. This is for attaching the tuning pegs (6 in total). Then I drew the headstock pattern and cut it out, tracing it onto cardboard. I cut out two pieces and glued them together with a hot glue gun. At the point where the fretboard meets the headstock, I glued two toothpicks, applied hot glue, and joined the two pieces. Once the fretboard and headstock were ready, I covered them with black foam. First, I covered the bottom part to ensure the edges were well covered, and then I cut out the top part and glued it over the fretboard and headstock.

PASO 5

Con la ayuda de una vela pequeña marque los trastes de 2,4,6,8,10,13,16,19,22,25,28,31cms, luego corte tiras de 1mm de foami para poner las divisiones y las pegue con silicon frio, con 8 chinches marque uno en el traste 1,3, 5,8,10 y 12 y en el traste 6 ,dos chinches.

STEP 5

With the help of a small candle, mark the frets at 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 13, 16, 19, 22, 25, 28, 31 cm. Then cut 1 mm strips of foam to make the dividers and glue them on with cold silicone. With 8 tacks, mark one on frets 1, 3, 5, 8, 10 and 12, and two tacks on fret 6.

PASO 6

Hice el patrón del golpeador en papel y después en foami blanco,lo recorte y lo pegue al cuerpo de la guitarra 🎸 con la pistola de silicon y le puse 5 chinches para adornarlo.

STEP 6

I made the pickguard pattern on paper and then on white foam, I cut it out and glued it to the guitar body 🎸 with the hot glue gun and I added 5 thumbtacks to decorate it.

PASO 7

Corté el patrón del clavijero por la primera raya y lo puse en el clavijero de la guitarra para marcar los 6 puntos donde van las clavijas, pegue el diapasón al cuerpo de la guitarra.

STEP 7

I cut the headstock pattern along the first line and placed it on the guitar headstock to mark the 6 points where the tuning pegs go, then glued the fretboard to the guitar body.

PASO 8

Hice el patrón del puente en papel 8 cms de largo por 2,5 cms de ancho y lo redondee en los bordes, forre 2 de foami negro, pegue el que estaba sin forrar donde hice una división de 7 cms entre cuerdas y 0.9 de cada lado fui poniendo los chinches con las cuerdas pegando la primera después la segunda así hasta llegar a la sexta, cuando pegue la primera puse el otro puente en la parte de arriba para que las cuerdas quedaran bien , las pegue todas, le puse el puente que forre sobre el que puse las cuerdas y asegure los chinches con la pistola de silicon y lista mi guitarra.

STEP 8

I made the bridge pattern on paper, 8 cm long by 2.5 cm wide, and rounded the edges. I covered two pieces of black foam, glued the uncovered one to the uncovered piece, where I had made a 7 cm division between the strings and 0.9 cm on each side. I started attaching the strings with tacks, gluing the first string, then the second, and so on until I reached the sixth. When I glued the first string, I placed the other bridge on top so the strings would be properly positioned. I glued all the strings in place, then the covered bridge, and secured the tacks with a hot glue gun. And my guitar is finished!
