Hola querida comunidad de #womentribe es un grato placer compartir con ustedes y unirme a esta hermosa iniciativa de Cree en ti, atrévete día a día.

En estos días visite y leí el post de la bella @naty16 una encantadora joven que a pesar de su corta edad a vivido muchos cambios en su vida, y ella los ha transformado con aprendizajes positivos. Además nos demuestra que siempre existe el lado positivo a las diversas situaciones que se nos presentan sean buenas o malas. De igual manera visite a la amiga @estrella12 quien se unió a esta iniciativa.

These days I visited and read the post of the beautiful @naty16 a lovely young woman who despite her young age has lived many changes in her life, and she has transformed them with positive learning. She also shows us that there is always a positive side to the different situations that we face, good or bad. I also visited our friend @estrella12 who joined this initiative.

Es por ello que me animé a contar parte de los procesos de transformación y adaptación de cambios por los cuales he pasado, teniendo siempre presente que todo lo que pasa en nuestras vidas tiene un propósito. Vengo de una familia humilde y unos padres maravillosos los cuales me inculcaron valores primordiales para mí crecimiento personal.

Durante mis estudios básicos y como bachiller tuve limitaciones en cuanto a herramienta tecnológicas que debía utilizar para investigar, pero no fue obstáculo pues aún pertenecía a la generación que usaba libros para investigar. Posteriormente culminó e inicio mis estudios Universitarios en la UDO (Universidad De Oriente) en la Carrera de Educación Integral y en esta ocasión también había circunstancias difíciles como lo era el transporte pues vivía muy retirada de la Universidad dónde me formaba, tuve que planificarme y salir horas antes de mi hogar para llegar a tiempo a las clases.

That is why I was encouraged to tell part of the processes of transformation and adaptation of changes through which I have gone through, always keeping in mind that everything that happens in our lives has a purpose. I come from a humble family and wonderful parents who instilled in me values that are essential for my personal growth.

During my basic studies and as a high school graduate I had limitations in terms of technological tools that I had to use to investigate, but it was not an obstacle because I still belonged to the generation that used books to investigate. Later I finished and began my university studies at the UDO (Universidad De Oriente) in the Integral Education Career and this time there were also difficult circumstances such as transportation because I lived far away from the university where I was trained, I had to plan and leave hours before my home to get to class on time.

En mi paso por la Universidad sucedieron situaciones que me ponían a pensar si valdría la pena continuar, ya que cada vez más la situación económica y social en nuestra región y localidad empeoraba (inseguridad, transporte, ingresos económicos) por lo que tuve que en ocasiones trabajar con mi abuela vendiendo arroz con coco y otros dulces para solventar mis gastos personales, sin limitarme, sin detenerme, mentalizandome que debía terminar lo que había comenzado con entusiasmo.

Durante mi formación profesional conocí muchísimas personas amables, colaboradoras tanto compañeros como profesores que me brindaron su mano amiga cuando lo necesite. Allí conocí a Carlos (mi esposo) con el cual inicie una relación.

During my time at the University, situations happened that made me think if it would be worthwhile to continue, since the economic and social situation in our region and town was getting worse (insecurity, transportation, economic income) so I had to sometimes work with my grandmother selling rice with coconut and other sweets to cover my personal expenses, without limiting myself, without stopping, thinking that I had to finish what I had started with enthusiasm.

During my professional training I met many kind and helpful people, both colleagues and teachers who offered me their helping hand when I needed it. There I met Carlos (my husband) with whom I started a relationship

Continuaba dedicándome a mis estudios, pero sentía algo diferente en mi cuerpo, cambios de humor, poco apetito decidí ir al doctor y mi sorpresa fue que estaba embarazada, para ese entonces quedé en shock, en ese momento tenía muchos sentimientos encontrados. Pues el ser madre sería para mí un gran reto, y más cuando aún me faltaban para ese entonces semanas para culminar mi carrera. Por mi mente pasaban un sin fin de cosas.

Gracias a Dios tuve el apoyo familiar y logré satisfactoriamente graduarme y obtener mi título como Licenciada en Educación, meses después nace mi primogénita Camila, es el momento más hermoso que nos puede pasar a las mujeres el ver nacer a nuestros bebés y más si son el fruto del amor.

I continued to dedicate myself to my studies, but I felt something different in my body, mood swings, poor appetite, I decided to go to the doctor and my surprise was that I was pregnant, by then I was in shock, at that time I had many mixed feelings. Being a mother would be a great challenge for me, especially when I was still weeks away from finishing my career. A lot of things were going through my mind.

Thanks to God I had family support and I was able to successfully graduate and get my degree as a Bachelor of Education, months later my firstborn Camila was born, it is the most beautiful moment that can happen to women to see the birth of our babies and more if they are the fruit of love.

Sin duda alguna ella llego en el momento indicado y a enseñarme que debo ser fuerte por y para ella. además de reafirmarme que si caiga debo levantarme.

Al tiempo de haber nacido mi niña inicio a trabajar en una Institución privada, allí desarrollaría mis primeras actividades pedagógicas como docente, sentí gran alegría pues ejercería con amor la profesión por la cual me forme. Algo difícil que tuve que hacer fue separarme por cierto tiempo de mi niña, pase de estar junto a ella todo el día a solo verla unas cuantas horas. Pero con la certeza de que todo sacrificio tiene una recompensa.

En la institución privada trabaje por tres años allí adquirí nuevas herramientas para mí proceso de formación a niños y niñas, siempre agradeciendo a esas lindas personas que me prestaron su apoyo cuando inicie, aún así no había logrado mi objetivo el cual era ingresar al Ministerio De Educación
Es así como a través de formaciones a personal docente no activo en el ministerio llene un formulario y opte por un cargo.

After my daughter was born, I started working in a private institution, where I developed my first pedagogical activities as a teacher, I felt great joy because I would practice with love the profession for which I was trained. Something difficult that I had to do was to separate myself for a certain period of time from my child, I went from being with her all day to only seeing her for a few hours. But with the certainty that every sacrifice has a reward.

In the private institution I worked for three years there I acquired new tools for my process of training children, always thanking those nice people who gave me their support when I started, even so I had not achieved my goal which was to enter the Ministry of Education.
That is how through training to non-active teaching staff in the ministry I filled out a form and opted for a position.

Al recibir la noticia de que formalmente pertenecía al Ministerio De Educación sentí una inmensa alegría. Al iniciar me asignaron una escuela que relativamente quedaba cerca de donde vivía, pero meses después comencé a tener dificultades ya que me había mudado a otra comunidad en la cual construimos nuestra propia casa y el trasladarme era un poco difícil, ademas de esto se presenta mi segundo embarazo y la situación un poco más fuerte. Aún así continúe laborando hasta mucho después de nacer mi segunda niña. fue luego cuando la situación entro en Pandemia y me tocó quedarme en casa con las niñas pues solo vivía con mi esposo. Al ir normalizando la situación recurrí nuevamente a el apoyo de mi mamá para que me cuidara a mis pequeñas, quien sin dudar dijo si.

When I received the news that I formally belonged to the Ministry of Education I felt an immense joy. At the beginning I was assigned to a school that was relatively close to where I lived, but months later I began to have difficulties because I had moved to another community in which we built our own house and moving was a little difficult, in addition to this I had my second pregnancy and the situation was a little stronger. Even so, I continued working until long after the birth of my second child. It was then when the situation went into pandemic and I had to stay at home with the girls because I only lived with my husband. As the situation normalized, I turned again to my mother for support to take care of my little girls, who without hesitation said yes.

Es entonces cuando una de mis excompañera de la Universidad me contacta y me dice que cerca de la comunidad quedaba un Liceo al cual podía ingresar por ser de allí mismo. Al día siguiente me dirigí hasta allá y el trato no fue el esperado, pero siempre transformó lo negativo en positivo y pude quedarme allí, dando lo mejor de mi y demostrando que tengo calidad tanto humana como profesional. Tiempo después las cosas fueron cambiando, el trato era mejor, hice amistades con las cuales me la llevo súper bien, son personas muy serviciales, actualmente llevo laborando aproximadamente 4 años.

It was then when one of my former classmates from the University contacted me and told me that near the community there was a high school that I could go to because I was from there. The next day I went there and the treatment was not as expected, but she always transformed the negative into positive and I was able to stay there, giving the best of me and demonstrating that I have both human and professional quality. Some time later things changed, the treatment was better, I made friends with whom I get along very well, they are very helpful people, currently I have been working there for approximately 4 years.

Me siento agradecida con Dios por todas sus bendiciones y por siempre mostrarme que en nuestras vidas siempre tendremos cambios que serán para crecer personalmente. Que podemos transformar lo negativo en positivo, que si caemos nos levantamos y continuamos con firmeza. Y que tenemos por quien luchar y a quienes amar.
