A ride to the mountain, beautiful creation, warm people and building relationships.

A wonderful day to all hiver.

We love going to the mountains to visit places we've never been and to experience the beauty of nature. Not only that but also to meet different people and connect with them through friendships.

When we visit mountains we see to it that we bring food and water. We do this to avoid stomachaches. If there are instances it will happen there is a vast comfort room in the mountain, the grassland.loL

Last Saturday we went back to barangay Jaguimit, to finish what we had started. At 8:30 am the sun shines so brightly that even our vehicle's temperature rises. My husband opened the car's machine and poured water into it. Thank God the temperature went low. As we continued our trip we passed by on this Okra plantation. Lots of Okra plants lined up together. Some have fruits and some have flowers. I love okra, especially on vegetable stew.

We passed by on this stone-walled road going to the next barangay. This road that we passed on is not the road that I mentioned in my last blog. We had the same destination but we passed on a different road that still leads to barangay Jaguimit.
The heat of the sun makes the view more picturesque.

The stonewalled along the road.

Lush vegetation captures our sense of sight. Hills and valleys are like sisters connected to each other. There is peace and tranquility as the mountain touches the sky. What a magnificent creation and the Creator is God.

When we reached the place children came and had some storytelling. Some of the mothers were gathered and also talked about life. We had the chance to establish a relationship. They welcomed us warmly as we asked them to conduct children's feeding in their purok every Saturday. They were so excited and agreed gladly. We gave them some snacks while some continued talking to my husband.

While waiting for them I took some pictures of these flowers. The tiger flower, the Kuomintang, Okra, pepper, and of course the view. Friendships were established during that day, we went home with smiles on our faces.

Before we headed home we took our lunch at the side of the road where there was a small nipa hut. We park the car and take our lunch out, put it on the bamboo floor. We enjoy eating together and invite passers-by to eat with us. Good thing nobody stops and eats with us.lOL When we were all done we headed to each other's home.

That day was full of joy in our hearts, friendships established, new children to help with, and new places to discover. It was indeed a fulfillment, touching lives, inspiring others, and being a blessing. Hope you enjoy my story. Please continue to support my blog. See you next time.

Hello there!
What stunning views, indeed!
Days out to places like these are fantastic as you are always greeted with happy smiles.
That's a great reminder about the importance of taking cleaning drinking water.
Have a nice day:)

Its crazy to think I may have never seen these awesome people as well as the breathtaking countryside that they live in and to have gotten a glimpse of such food unless you shared it! Cheers!
