Good afternoon friends. I really wanted to show you a photograph of the evening city in which I live. I really like to walk along the evening and night streets in my area, but now I can’t do this because there is a war in my country, and there is a curfew in my city. This time is best at home, it's safer and I'm sure it's right. I'm not having the best times right now, I'm experiencing depression, which I don't really like. I try to fight this with all the means available to me, for example, I do physical exercises at home, I drink green tea with mint. And of course, I force myself to walk outside during the day. In a word, everything works out for me, I try to be an optimist at my age. I'm already in my 50s, a great age for reflection and a positive lifestyle.

Keep strong, hope you have warm food and plenty of blankets. City looks calm from the photograph yet we know it is far from that.
My city has been attacked by rockets more than once, but this only makes people active in protecting their land. Thank God, we now have everything necessary for life.
