Hello everyone again, today I am writing to show you this beautiful drawing that I am very proud of and I like it very much.🤍

It is about a very beautiful Korean guy with no shirt on. I usually don't draw men because I convinced myself that I wasn't good at it, since I was a little boy I said that I can't do it and well, I wanted to prove to myself that I can do it.

STEP BY STEP✨🤍

The other day I was checking my Facebook and I came across a publication of the most visual Korean singers (women and men) I started looking at each photo for fun and also because there were several of my favorite singers. Among them came out a singer that inspired me a lot because of his beauty, I didn't know who he was at that time but I liked the picture and decided to draw him and go out of the conventional.

I took my pencil quickly taking advantage of the inspiration I had and little by little I was drawing and giving details. My intention was not to replicate the image, I wanted to let myself go and give it my touch.

El otro día estaba revisando mi Facebook y me salió una publicación de los cantantes coreanos más visuales (mujeres y hombres) Yo me puse a ver cada foto por diversión y también porque estaban varias de mis cantantes favoritas. Entre ellos salió un cantante que me inspiró mucho por su belleza, yo en ese momento no sabía quien era pero me gustó mucho la foto y decidí dibujarlo y así salir de lo convencional.

Tomé mi lápiz rápidamente aprovechando la inspiración que tenía y poco a poco fui dibujando y dándole detalles. Mi intención no era replicar la imagen, quería dejarme llevar y darle mi toque.

I did the sketch late at night, but after finishing it I was a little tired and I kept it in my folder to continue it the next day.

The next day I got up early to go to the gym and when I came back I took a shower and continued with this drawing that had me very excited. I outlined it with a black marker with an extra fine tip, and even though his face changed a little bit I still liked it.

El boceto lo hice tarde en la noche, pero después de terminarlo ya estaba un poco cansado y lo guardé en mi carpeta para continuarlo al otro día.

El día siguiente me paré bien temprano para ir al gimnasio cuando regresé me bañé y seguí con este dibujo que me tenía muy emocionado. Lo remarqué con un marcador negro punta extrafina, y aunque cambió su cara un poco igualmente me siguió gustando.

Then I started with the most important thing, the coloring of the face. I started by applying a beige all over the face as a base color, then with gray and dark brown I went darkening and blending. I admit that in this part I thought I had damaged it, I was really disappointed because it had a stained and dirty look, it looked very bad, but nevertheless I trusted the process and kept drawing.

I didn't like the coloring of the skin until I colored the eyebrows, eyes and lips. Thanks to the contrast it started to look better, I actually knew that was going to happen, that's why I didn't stop drawing.

The eyes I decided to make them simple, without much brightness, they are only black and with a little brightness on the right and the eyebrows I made them with black pencil and also with black and gray color.

Luego empecé con lo más importante, el coloreado de la cara. Empecé aplicando un beige en toda la cara como color base, luego con gris y marrón oscuro fui oscureciendo y difuminando. Admito que en esta parte creí que había dañado, estaba realmente decepcionado porque tenía un aspecto manchado y sucio, se veía muy mal, pero sin embargo confié en el proceso y seguí dibujando.

No me gusto el coloreado de la piel hasta que coloreé las cejas, los ojos y los labios. Gracias al contraste fue que se empezó a ver mejor, yo en realidad sabía que eso iba a pasar por eso no dejé el dibujo.

Los ojos decidí hacerlos simples, sin mucho brillo, solo están negros y con un pequeño brillo a la derecha y las cejas las hice con lapicero negro y también con color negro y gris

And when I colored the hair it started to look much better, everything made sense so to speak, the drawing looked much better with the hair ready.

What I did was to define little by little the hair by sections of strands using the pencil and then with the black color I was filling in and leaving highlights. Then with the marker, the pencil and the black color I was making hair on her forehead, giving the drawing much more fluidity and naturalness. I really liked this because it gave her the touch.

Y cuando coloreé el cabello se empezó a ver muchísimo mejor, todo cobró sentido por decirlo de una manera, el dibujo se vio mucho mejor con el cabello listo.

Lo que hice fue ir definiendo poco a poco el cabello por secciones de mechones usando el lapicero y luego con el color negro fui rellenado y dejando brillos. Después con el marcador, el lapicero y el color negro fui haciendo cabellos sobre su frente, dándole al dibujo muchísima más fluidez y naturalidad. De verdad que esto fue algo que me gustó mucho porque le dio el toque.

After finishing the hair I colored the neck and chest, something I had a lot of fun doing, I was able to play a lot with shadows and shimmers.

The process and the colors I selected are very similar to the ones I used on the face. I started by applying beige as a base color and then with gray and brown I made shadows, in the light parts I applied very softly yellow color, especially on the collarbones which is the part that has more light.

Después de terminar el cabello coloreé la parte del cuello y el pecho, algo que me divirtió mucho, pude jugar mucho con sombras y brillos.

El proceso y los colores que seleccioné son muy parecidos a los que usé en la cara. Empecé aplicando beige como color base y luego con gris y marrón fui haciendo sombras, en las partes de luz apliqué muy suavemente color amarillo, más que todo en las clavículas que es la parte que más luz tiene.

And finally I colored his jacket of a yellow color, to give more color to this drawing, in the background I didn't want to do something very produced, I wanted to leave it in white, however I made a gradient shadow that starts dark on the left and ends light on the right.

Y por ultimo coloreé su chaqueta de un color amarillo, para darle más color a este dibujo, de fondo no quise hacerle algo muy producido, quise dejarlo en blanco, sin embargo hice una sombra degradada que empieza oscuro en la izquierda y termina claro en la derecha.

And that's how this drawing turned out, I think it's one of my best drawings so far, I think what I like the most are the hairs that are on her forehead, they make the drawing look much better, I also like how I worked the shading of the clavicles.

Y así fue como quedó este dibujo, considero que es uno de mis mejores dibujos hasta ahora, creo que lo que más me gusta son los cabellos que están en su frente, hacen que el dibujo se vea muchísimo mejor, también me gusta mucho como trabaje el sombreado de las clavículas.
