What a Spectacular Night!

Hello pinmapple friends! This is my first content I share in this community and I am so excited. How are you doing today? Hopefully, you are all doing great. This is almost the end of the year 2023. We will welcome the new year 2024. Do you have any new year plans? It will definitely be a lot of fun.

As for me, I do not have any plans and maybe just stay at home with my family, setting off fireworks in front of the house, buying the new year’s trumpet, and even I will just sleep in the bedroom. Hahaha. Do any of you have the same thing as I do? What a pity. But, it is alright because the important thing is that I am still grateful for I was able to achieve this year well and still given the opportunity to enjoy my time with my family now. I pray and hope that next year we will all be healthy, successful, and be better than last year. I want to be a person who is useful to others and bless the people around us.

Few days ago, I spent time with my family, just the three of us. We decided to heal at night because that rarely happens. We usually go for a walk during the day. But, that time we wanted to enjoy the evening atmosphere outside and not just stay at home. We would go to BNS or Batu Night Spectacular. The place likes lots of rides and beautiful lights at night. It is located in the city of Batu, not far from my city, Malang. Around 5 pm we left and traveled only about an hour. We arrived around 6 pm and the timing was perfect. We took several photos in front of BNS big logo which had writing on it so it showed we had been here.

Actually, when I was still dating, my husband and I had been here once. At that time we were riding motorbikes at night and at that time the air was very cold. I remember I was wearing shorts and I didn't expect and didn't think at all that I would be cold because Batu city is famous for its cold air, colder than Malang city. Moreover, at that time we went at night and rode a motorbike so you can imagine how cold the wind touched the skin.

I remembered that the two of us were traveling on a motorbike, which I thought was romantic, don't you think? It was because our distance was closer to each other and I could hug him in front of me so at least I felt the warmth from the cold night breeze. We also wore couple t-shirts and the t-shirts were Manchester United jerseys. My husband bought that shirt at that time because he really liked the Manchester United club.

We arrived at BNS and bought tickets at the counter. Then we entered and we were greeted by sparkling colorful lights which were so beautiful. AThat place really amazed us. We immediately captured the moment there because the view was wonderful. There everything is colorful and there are lots of rides that we can ride. There were merry go round, flying swinger, dodgem cars, glider bikes, lantern garden, the haunted houses, UFO’s, go-karts, glass houses, fountains, and many more.

After riding the Merry Go Round twice, we decided to ride the dodgem cars. My son and I really like this because it is fun to collide with another car. We've only been given a short time so we'll make good use of it.

Once we were satisfied with riding the dodgem car, we headed to the glider bike. Unfortunately, we didn't take any pictures because we were busy queuing. There were lots of people there queuing to ride this ride because it was really exciting and fun. We rode bicycles above as if floating in the air and circled the BNS area. Only my son and I went up because there couldn't be more than 2 people so my husband waited for us. We could see a great view from above and the sparkling lights below us. I was a little afraid to look down so I didn't have time to take a photo at that time at all. I did not really dare to move and can only be quiet and not busy with anything and neither was my child.

We passed the haunted house and took a few photos quickly because our child also didn't like being in front of the haunted house for a long time. He really wanted to get out of there and go to the lantern garden. When we arrived at the lantern garden, we saw lots of colorful lights with unique lantern shapes. We took some photos and the results were quite good. Not long after, something surprising happened. I saw my son’s pants were wet. He peed in his pants. What a mess. I scolded him because he didn't say he was going to pee. We took the initiative to buy a pair of clothes there at the souvenir shop in that area.

My husband and I took the time to take photos together in the lantern garden because the view was beautiful. We rarely take photos together since we had children because things are different.

Finally it didn't feel like it was already too late and it was time for us to go home because our child was also sleepy. We passed a souvenir shop and there was a pedicab or trishaw there. I told my husband to take a photo of me while riding a trishaw there. Only after that we went home with happy hearts.
