My Actifit Report Card: August 15 2025

Hi guys!

This is my activity report from yesterday. After my early shift I went to the gym and it was back and biceps day. I can still feel the pump today but it feels good. 💪

Also at the end I went on the stairways to hell again. 😅 20 minutes and I was sweating like crazy.

Later at home I entered a photo contest where to I had to grab my guitar because music was the topic. You see one of the photos at the top of this post. Check out the post here. A comment or a vote would make me happy. 😊

My wife bought some fun keychains for me.
