My Actifit Report Card: July 11 2025

Hey guys!

This is the last night shift after a nine days work block. The activity tracked is from last night's guarding tour, daily activities and the bike tour to work.

We had some veggies from our field that has to be used. So I made a cauliflower soup with some bacon - onion topping and a little spoon of hummus with beetroot and radish.

Then we ha a nice salad all from the field except the cherry tomatoes. Two different green salads, cucumbers and tomatoes. I spiced the chicken and added corn starch. After 10 minutes I fried all the pieces. When everything was fried I added a spoon of Korean chili paste and a little bit of water into the pan, mixing it and add the chicken pieces into the sauce so every piece get coated.
