Wooden church
Zaplavnoye village, Samara region. An old wooden church in honor of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God has been preserved here. Built a long time ago, in 1837. In the Soviet years, like other churches, it was closed, and the building was transferred to the needs of the village. Looks like it was a grain store. Later, the temple was restored, since all the interior decoration was kept in the village administration. Services are currently taking place in the church. It was not possible to get inside, as the priest left for the city...

What a pretty and vibrant looking church- and I'm not even religious
but I can certainly appreciate classic beauty and that church has got it in spades!
Lucky you got great photos of it too!
Nice work @chanych85
Thank you for your feedback :)
I myself am not a believer, but there is something attractive in such buildings. Especially in old buildings.
