Valley of the Stone Balls

IMG_3414.jpg

Kazakhstan, Mangystrau Peninsula. A fairly well-known landmark known as the Valley of the Stone Balls. Huge territory, away from the roads, in the steppes. It is not known exactly how these balls appeared, but according to one version, softer rocks are blown out from constant winds, while hard ones remain. But in this case, the question arises - how did these balls end up in the steppe, far from the mountains ... There are theories about aliens and ancient peoples, but they seem too fantastic to me

Honestly, I was a little shocked when I saw these places with my own eyes 🙂

That is very interesting. One looks like a turtle. Several have stripes on them like the edges of a canyon where long ago rushing water carved into the sides at different levels.

It would be fun to know the truth.

Yes, there is a huge field for fantasy flight, you can look at each stone for a long time, and at every angle there will be a new figure. :) Soon there will be another post about an interesting place, there are also many stones over which you can dream up🙂
