Spring flood

IMG_3603.jpg

Flood in the Samara region. In the photo there is a road leading from the highway to a small village, almost on the border with the neighboring region. When I was planning the route for this trip, I became interested in the church. Old wooden church. But due to a water barrier, I was unable to visit it... The title photo shows only part of the flood; I passed this place. And then around the bend the Ministry of Emergency Situations employees were already standing and did not allow personal vehicles to pass... I talked a little with the local residents, they said that such a strong flood had never happened in these places. The second photo shows agricultural buildings that were also flooded. And this is not the peak of the flood, the water will still rise

This is so sad. Putin, instead of taking care of his people, is bombing other countries. The big floods could have been avoided, if the state had invested more in countermeasures and help the people.

Yes, I agree. According to personal observations, in the early 90s it was normal for us in the middle of winter that the temperature dropped to -30 / -35 Celsius. Every year, school classes were canceled in winter due to frost. And now in winter on the coldest days it’s -20, on the coldest day of last winter it was -23...
