Red Cliff

Orenburg region, the bank of the Chernovskoye reservoir. There is an interesting natural monument here, which is popularly called the Red Cliff. This is a relief cliff of red sandstone, about 100 meters long. The height of the cliff is not very large, about 5 meters at the highest point. Because this rock is not very strong, under the influence of natural elements the rock is destroyed, new forms appear, new caves and passages are formed. Every year the appearance of the cliff changes.
