Davydov Pond

Village of Dubovy Umet, Samara region. Davydov Pond. This small reservoir near the village is part of a large man-made reservoir. At one time they rented the lake and made it a reservoir for paid fishing. We cleared the banks of debris and introduced fry of carp and crucian carp. Things went well for about five years, but a few years ago some kind of chemical from the fields got into the reservoir, and the fish died out. Now nature is gradually recovering; crucian carp have appeared in the lake. You can go in the evening to sit with a fishing rod, not far from the city, and the route is not very busy.

It's quite a nice place and I like seeing waters like this where we can cultivate fish.

I agree, such places are very attractive. Since our ordinary reservoirs very quickly become cluttered, but when you come to such a reservoir, your soul rejoices. Even if you have to pay a little for fishing. But it's worth it
