Greetings fellow shadow hunters! I am greeting you today to share a very curious shadow that I found while walking through the gardens of my neighbourhood.

It is a Christmas flower that grew in the garden of the park near my house.

It is curious because in my country Venezuela we have a saying, it is even a traditional song that I would like to leave you the link so you can enjoy it, where from the month of August we say: "it smells like Christmas".

The bright red flower grows on the top of a thin branch taller than me, so I had to stretch myself to take this picture.

At just over a metre and a half, each of the 3 branches of the pretty plant, displays a beautiful Christmas flower and the sun plays with the projection of its shadow.

¡Saludos amigos cazadores de sombras! Les saludo hoy para compartir una sombra muy curiosa que encontré mientras caminaba por los jardines de mi barrio.

Se trata de una flor de navidad que creció en el jardín del parque cerca de mi casa.

Es curioso porque en mi país Venezuela tenemos un dicho, incluso es una canción tradicional que me gustaría dejarles el enlace para que puedan disfrutarla, donde a partir del mes de agosto se dice: "huele a navidad".

La flor de un rojo brillante crece en la copa de una rama delgada y más alta que yo, por lo que tuve que estirarme para hacer esta fotografía.

Con poco más de metro y medio, cada una de las 3 ramas de la bonita planta, exhibe una bella flor navideña y el sol juega con la proyección de su sombra.
