NASA SpaceEx Crew 8 Launch Over My House!

One of the cool things about living in my area is that you can see the rockets that launch from NASA about 40 seconds after lift-off.

Last night a manned crew launched from NASA courtesy of SpaceEx. The day launches get boring but last night was pretty spectacular. Lights of blue and red lights tailing from the engines and an amazing fire ball when the engines detached and fell back to earth.

I could actually see the Rocket sailing off into space with my naked eye for about 4 minutes which seemed quite long. It is impossible to get a sense of how cool this is to watch from the photo but trust me, its pretty awesome.

I'm very spoiled by it. You can't see them when it's cloudy though. Last night was pretty good.
