Help Me Identify What I Found In My Lot Today?

So I was sitting on the patio and looked into the vacant lot next door and this poor soul was staring at me. I can't believe I hadn't seen it before and there is not a complete skeleton, only parts so I think maybe an animal dragged it there recently. Let me know in the comments what you think it is.
